The aim of this study is to understand the drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance gene carrying status of bovine mycoplasma in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia, and to analyze the relationship between drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance genes.Collect diseased cattle suspected of being infected with bovine mycoplasma around Hohhot,Inner Mongolia, and isolate bovine mycoplasma. The isolated strains were identified by Bacteriology diagnostic techniques and molecular biological methods;Detect the resistance of isolated strains to 12 antibacterial drugs using K-B method;Detect the carrying status of related drug resistance genes through PCR method. The results showed that a total of 14 strains of Mycoplasma bovis were isolated and identified from the collected disease materials,of which 9 were Mycoplasma bovis and 5 were Mycoplasma arginine. In vitro drug sensitivity test results,100% of the strains were resistant to three or more drugs, and 11 strains of Mycoplasma bovis showed multiple drug resistance.Among them, the isolated strains of Mycoplasma bovis were completely resistant to Erythromycin and lincomycin, and the drug resistance rate was 100%;The resistance rate of Clindamycin was 85.7%;The drug resistance rate of Amikacin was 71.4%;The drug resistance rate of Norfloxacin was 57.2%.Fully sensitive to spectinomycin, with a resistance rate of 0%;The drug resistance rates of Ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin,Doxycycline and Nitrofurantoin were7.2%,14.3%,21.5% and 14.3% respectively; The resistance rates of tetracycline and Gentamicin were 64.2% and 57.2% respectively. The resistance genes include Macrolide gene mrs E,fluoroquinolone resistance genes qnr B and qnr S,aminoglycoside resistance genes str A and str B,among which aminoglycoside resistance genes account for 33% of the total strains, with the highest detection rate. The study of drug resistance phenotypes of clinically isolated strains can provide effective theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of diseases caused by Mycoplasma bovis;Associate drug resistance phenotype with drug resistance genes and analyze them to provide reference for studying the mechanism of drug resistance formation in bovine mycoplasma.
