| With the continuous advancement of technologies in multiple fields such as remote sensing,communication,computers and artificial intelligence,the performance indicators of on-board processing of intelligent remote sensing satellites represented by the Luojia3-01 satellite have been significantly improved,and the conventional production processes and intelligent processing methods of the ground segment are gradually transferred to the space segment,which,coupled with the enhanced information transmission capabilities of the ground and inter-satellite,has greatly shortened the delivery cycle of satellite products and provided instant satellite remote sensing information services.However,the existing remote sensing satellite application service system still adopts "transmission before analysis" as the mainstream business process,which cannot provide users with timely remote sensing information services;In addition,with the increasing number and variety of remote sensing satellites in orbit,there is a lack of consistent telemetry,command and operational control service methods and interfaces among the diverse remote sensing satellite ground service systems,which hinders information interaction and data sharing among different remote sensing satellite applications and makes it difficult to bring into play the value of multi-satellite cooperative services.In recent years,the Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC)has developed a series of standardized application interfaces based on the REST architecture for accessing,querying,transmitting and sharing geographic information resources in the Internet.Compared with the traditional SOA service paradigm,the OGC API based on REST principles has higher flexibility,scalability and interoperability,and can be easily integrated with existing Web technologies and applications,and has been used in the field of remote sensing satellite application services.Based on the above background,this paper studies the telemetry,command and operational control service methods for the Luojia3-01 satellite with the target demand of supporting the Luojia3-01 satellite to achieve timely remote sensing information services:(1)Research on the telemetry and control information service method of the Luojia3-01 satellite.Design telemetry and command information services for the characteristics of uplink remote control command data and downlink telemetry data of the Luojia3-01 satellite,and provide modular business services such as processing,storage,management and query for the related data resources.(2)Research on the operational control information service method of the Luojia3-01 satellite.On the basis of the upstream and downstream data interaction capability provided by the telemetry and control service,different modules of operational control service are designed to support the daily business operation of the satellite.A standardized interface for the operation and control service based on the OGC Sensor Things API is designed to provide the upper layer applications of the user segment with standardized methods for the submission of integrated upstream tasks and acquisition of downlink product data.A collaborative product service method is proposed for the Luojia3-01 satellite to support its timely remote sensing capability.(3)Based on the proposed telemetry,command and operational control service method,the prototype service platform is designed and implemented,and the effectiveness of this paper’s method is verified through actual operational control mission cases. |
