Beginning in 2015,halide perovskites have been extensively studied by scholars as a new type of semiconductor with excellent optoelectronic properties.Perovskite lasers,as a new solid-state laser, utilize perovskite single crystals as both an amplification medium and suitable resonant cavity to exhibit superior performance in many aspects. For example, perovskite lasers have high optical quantum efficiency, tunable bandgap, lower laser threshold, and are easy to integrate due to their small volume of crystals. As research on perovskite materials deepens, different methods for growing high-quality perovskites are being discovered and applied. The liquid-phase method,as a low-demand experimental equipment and simple operation preparation method, has been continuously improved in recent years. The main research content of this thesis includes:(1)In order to obtain high-quality Fabry-Perot lasers,rod-shaped perovskite single crystals were prepared by a liquid-phase method. It was found that Pb2+has an inducing effect on the one-dimensional growth of perovskite single crystal materials.By introducing anti-solvent and epitaxial growth, the crystal quality of rod-shaped perovskite single crystals was significantly improved. The single crystal can be directly used as a high-quality Fabry-Perot laser, and optical characterization has demonstrated that the perovskite Fabry-Perot laser has a high quality factor and a low laser threshold.(2)In order to obtain high-quality optically pumped laser,plate-shaped perovskite single crystals were grown by a liquid-phase method. It has been proven that the liquid-phase growth of perovskite is as diverse as vapor-phase growth and can produce differently shaped high-quality perovskite single crystals by adjusting experimental conditions. The size control of the perovskite single crystal is achieved by adjusting the amount of anti-solvent used.Optical characterization has shown that under pumping conditions, this single crystal can achieve high-quality optically pumped laser.(3)To address the issue of many surface defects and poor stability of perovskites,a perovskite single crystal with a rich bromine surface was grown by spin-coating on a hydrophilic glass substrate. The rich bromine surface greatly reduced the surface defects of the perovskite and achieved a special microstructure, thus improving its optical properties.
