With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, the installed capacity of power batteries is rising rapidly and is about to enter a large number of end-of-life periods, and the recycling and treatment of used power batteries has become an urgent problem to be solved.R&D innovation can not only improve consumers’ willingness to purchase, but also facilitate the recycling, dismantling and disposal of power batteries, which is of great significance to the operation of the closed-loop supply chain. In addition, product pricing,as a crucial part of the closed-loop supply chain operation process,is influenced by factors such as corporate R&D innovation, consumer product preferences and corporate fairness concerns at the same time. Therefore,in this thesis,we explore the closed-loop supply chain pricing decision from the perspective of R&D investment, and validate the pricing model by combining data related to power battery manufacturer A and power battery manufacturer B.Based on this, the main research work of this thesis is as follows: firstly,we use literature research method to understand the domestic and foreign research results on closed-loop supply chain pricing of power battery, supply chain R&D input and closed-loop supply chain pricing considering fairness concerns, and find that the existing research on the impact of R&D innovation on power battery enterprises mainly focuses on empirical analysis and policy interpretation, with little quantitative analysis from the perspective of game theory, and The competition issue of R&D investment in closed-loop supply chain ignores the peer fairness concerns situation.Secondly, based on the existing studies and the realistic background of manufacturers’ R&D inputs,we construct a closed-loop supply chain model with dual-fairness concerns under single manufacturer’s R&D inputs and a closed-loop supply chain model with dual-fairness concerns under two manufacturers’ R&D inputs, including: centralized decision making, decentralized decision making and closed-loop supply chain pricing model with dualfairness concerns of manufacturers under fairness neutrality of closed-loop supply chain.Again, the model is solved by using the inverse induction method to compare and analyze the effects of manufacturers’ dual-fairness concerns behaviors on product pricing decisions, market demand,R&D levels and closed-loop supply chain profits, and to achieve the coordination of the closedloop supply chain system by designing a new revenue sharing contract. Finally, the pricing model is validated by combining data related to power battery manufacturer A and power battery manufacturer B.Through the study, the following main conclusions are obtained: as the R&D cost of manufacturers increases, the R&D level of new power batteries, the retail price of power batteries and market demand decrease, and the profits of manufacturers and systems decrease, which is different from the traditional view that "the higher the input, the higher the selling price";the R&D level of power batteries shows different trends in the two R&D scenarios, contrary to the single manufacturer R&D scenario, when both manufacturers develop, the R&D level gradually increases from the centralized decision to the decentralized decision under the fair neutral to the manufacturers’ fairness concerns scenario;the adoption of the new revenue sharing contract can effectively coordinate the closed-loop supply chain.
