| Selenium is a necessary micronutrient element for the human body.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the awakening of people’s awareness of health care,the importance of selenium supplement has been recognized by the world.Eating natural food is the safest way to supplement selenium.Ganzhou belongs to the selenium-rich area and has the advantage of developing the selenium-rich industry.Since 2021,Ganzhou city has focused on "grasping the base,strengthening the support,building the platform and expanding the brand" to comprehensively promote the development of selenium-rich industry and empower the rural revitalization.The detection technology of selenium is an important link in the development of selenium industry.In recent years,the method of microwave digestion-ICP-MS has been mature,but its high cost is not borne by most small and medium-sized enterprises,so it is urgent to establish a selenium analysis method with high accuracy,low cost and fast detection speed.This paper analyzes the composition of soil and agricultural products in southern Jiangxi,comprehensively explores the influence of atomic fluorescence photometer measuring selenium current,negative high pressure,gas flow,reducing agent concentration,charge acidity,sample acidity and interference elements in soil and agricultural products,and proposes to eliminate interference elements with ferric chloride.Put forward with graphite drive acid instrument before the method of soil and agricultural products,and systematically explore the graphite drive acid instrument before the temperature,acid,digestion time,established the graphite drive acid meter-atomic fluorescence photometer determination of soil and agricultural selenium analysis method of soil detection limit of 0.0055 mg / kg,relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)is 3.7%,spike recovery rate is 108%~110%.The detection limit of agricultural products was 0.0014 mg / kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)was 2.2%,and the spike recovery rate was 96%~103%.Using this method,we determined the selenium content of a series of soil and agricultural products in a township in southern Jiangxi,and found that the soil of the township was rich selenium.Compared with the agricultural products in the market,it was found that rice and beans in the township had strong advantages of selenium rich.Combined with the actual situation,the model of rice-soybean planting was proposed to develop selenium agriculture. |
