Directional drilling in coal mines is widely used in the field of geological protection,such as gas extraction and management,water damage prevention and control,precise exploration of geological structures and fire prevention.Underground coal mine near level directional drilling construction is a hidden system engineering,its drilling depth is long,drilling encounter stratum complex,drilling equipment value is high,at present mainly use with the drilling countermeasure to monitor the bottom of the hole trajectory parameter changes,guide the drilling trajectory control;use the hole drilling parameters monitoring system real-time monitoring rig parameter changes,drilling process regulation and control,are not monitoring the bottom of the hole engineering parameters,can not grasp the real bottom of the hole Drilling conditions are not monitored,which easily leads to operational misjudgment and control lag,restricting drilling efficiency and drilling safety risk prevention and control.In this paper,from the need of safe and efficient drilling of near horizontal directional holes in coal mines,the research and development idea of mining engineering parameter measurement system with drilling is proposed,the overall technical scheme is formulated by combining the characteristics of directional drilling technology and equipment in coal mines,the engineering parameter measurement probe tube and explosion-proof computer at the bottom of the hole are developed,the engineering parameter monitoring software is developed,and the application practice is carried out in Anhui Zhu Xianzhuang mines.The main research work and results are as follows:It marquises the current situation and technical parameters of directional drilling equipment in underground coal mines,analyses the technical requirements of directional drilling in underground coal mines for the measurement of engineering parameters at the bottom of the hole,determines the type of parameter monitoring,range and measurement accuracy,optimism the signal transmission method,designs the overall framework structure and working principle,formulates the working mode and control flow,and forms the overall technical scheme.The engineering parameter measurement probe is the core of the data acquisition at the bottom of the hole.The principle of detecting engineering parameters at the bottom of the hole has been studied,suitable sensors have been selected,hardware circuits such as control circuits,power supply communication circuit sand data acquisition circuits have been developed,mechanical structures subsidence wall slotting of the measuring probe tube,signal transmission and conversion of the central through-cable,high-pressure sealing of the inner and outer ring hollow flushing fluid and installation and positioning structures have been designed,a finite element numerical simulation model of the measuring probe tube has been established and the structural strength of the measuring probe tube has been simulated and analysand.The structural strength of the measuring probe tube was simulated and analysand,and the sample was tested gassing microcomputer numerically controlled torsion testing machine to verify the structural safety of the measuring probe tube and to achieve accurate measurement of engineering parameters and trajectory parameters at the bottom of the hole with drilling.The explosion-proof computer is the terminal of the orifice data reception and processing and human-computer interaction.The hardware circuits such as power supply module,large intrinsically safe colour LCD display,main control board,interface isolation circuit,system control board and the explosion-proof mechanical structure are designed and Windows is preferred as the operating system to achieve stable power supply,reliable data reception and efficient processing of the measuring probe.The software for monitoring engineering parameters is the key to system data management and deep mining analysis.The data structure and software structure are designed,the overall framework and workflow of the software are formulated,and four parameter analysis display interfaces such as "real-time data","historical data query","work parameter setting" and "reading probe data" are set."Read the probe data" and other four parameters analysis display interface,to achieve the data hierarchical storage,visual display,fast access and the specified period of historical data back to view.Indoor tests were conducted at the National Safety Production Changzhou Mining Communication and Monitoring Equipment Testing and Inspection Centre to check the accuracy of the system parameter measurement,explosion-nonperformance and working performance;a ground drilling test was conducted at Babyish in Shaanxi to verify the accuracy of the measurement data;an underground field test was conducted at the 863 working face of Zhuxianzhuang coalmine in Anhui Province,where the work was continuous and stable,truly reflecting the actual drilling working conditions at the bottom of the hole.The mining engineering parameter measurement system developed in this peristalses the accurate collection,real-time transmission and comprehensive analysis and display of engineering parameters at the bottom of the hole,which is great theoretical guidance and engineering practical value for theoretical research on horizontal directional drilling,adaptive intelligent directional drilling,identification of drilling conditions and accident prevention,etc.
