Since 1990,US Naval Laboratory experts T.L.Pecora and L.M.Carroll first proposed the chaotic method of drive-response synchronization,and observed the chaotic synchronization phenomenon on the circuit.The vigorous development of its applied research has made chaos synchronization a research hotspot in nonlinear science in recent years.Research on neural network chaos synchronization has been widely used in secure communication,image recognition and other fields.This paper will analyze the dynamics of the chaotic neural network under electromagnetic radiation by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions or functionals,and using the inequality techniques.The main work of this thesis is as follows:The second chapter studies the synchronization problem of chaotic neural network under electromagnetic radiation.Based on adaptive feedback control and state output feedback control and by constructing Lyapunov function and using linear matrix inequality,the algebraic conditions and linear matrix inequality conditions for the drive-response system to achieve the chaotic synchronization are obtained,respectively.The third chapter studies the synchronization problem of delayed chaotic neural network under electromagnetic radiation.Based on adaptive feedback control and state output feedback control and by using the Lyapunov functional method and Halanay inequality,algebraic and linear matrix inequality conditions for the drive-response system to achieve the chaotic synchronization are obtained,respectively.Chapter 4 studies the synchronization of chaotic neural networks with random disturbances.Based on adaptive feedback control and state output feedback control and by constructing Lyapunov function and functional and utilizing linear matrix inequality,the algebraic conditions and linear matrix inequality conditions for the drive-response system to achieve the chaotic synchronization are obtained,respectively.At the end of chapters 2-4,according to the research content of each chapter,this thesis gives two different simulation examples to prove the validity of the conclusions.This research topic enriches the related research work of neural network chaos synchronization,and provides theoretical support for the application of neural network in the fields of cryptographic communication and image recognition.
