With the development of social economy and technology,profound changes have taken place in decision-making environment,decision-making attributes and decisionmaking alternatives,the complexity and information of decision-making have increased dramatically.It is difficult for individuals to make accurate and reliable decisions,while group decision-making can bring together the wisdom and experience of multiple individuals to comprehensively consider decision-making issues from different perspectives and levels.Group decision-making problems that involve priority relations between attributes are prevalent in real-life situations.Building on the existing research,this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation into the heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision-making problem that considers the priority of attributes in the multigranularity unbalanced linguistic environment.This study comprehensively uses the theories of particle computing,group decision-making and optimization model to carry out in-depth research on the group consensus reaching,decision makers weight determination,attributes weight determination,alternatives hierarchy division,alternatives comprehensive ranking and so on.This study further enriches and expands the theoretical research and practical applications of multi-attribute group decision-making.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A two-stage consensus model considering attribute priority is established.Focusing on the attributes of high priority,the qualitative consensus analysis model is used to realize the preliminary consensus adjustment of subgroups and effectively improve the efficiency of reaching consensus.Furthermore,by defining multilevel consensus measure,an optimization model with the goal of minimizing adjustment cost is established to realize the quantitative analysis and automatic reaching of group consensus,and help the group to improve the level of consensus.(2)A hierarchical sequential multi-attribute group decision-making method is proposed.First of all,high-priority attributes are used to establish the hierarchical standard of the alternatives to achieve the coarse-grained stratification of the alternatives.Then,by constructing a multi-objective optimization model integrating the maximization of internal and external differentiation and group consensus,the fine-grained comprehensive weight of the attributes is obtained,and the fine-grained ranking of the alternatives is finally realized.(3)An evaluation and selection system for investment and venture projects based on hierarchical sequential multi-attribute group decision is designed and implemented.The system integrates the login module,decision information input module,project selection module,evaluation information input module,qualitative consensus reaching module,quantitative consensus reaching module,project stratification module and project ranking module.With strong practicability and flexibility,the system can provide technical support and decision reference for investment companies,and help investment companies better grasp the decision-making interaction process.Thus,more scientific and reasonable decision-making results can be obtained.
