| With the wide application of ultrasonic plastic welding,the technology of high-efficient welding plastic woven bag has become a hot research topic.The key technologies involved in the sealing of woven plastic bags are the ultrasonic welding of the mouth of woven plastic bags,the alignment of the mouth of woven bags with the inner membrane and the welding of the edge of the Ultrasonic welding,has become the focus of attention in recent years.This project comes from Shenyang Shunfeng Packaging Co.,Ltd..Self-developed woven bag production line,aimed at the missing part of the woven bag edge sealing welding link to carry out research.Edge sealing means the welding of the pockets by means of a Ultrasonic welding with a flip mechanism and a pocket alignment mechanism.The research content is to help the mechanical structure of the welding and flipping bag mouth equipment to realize the automation of the welding and flipping woven bag mouth link,so as to further realize the research on the key node technology of welding and flipping bag mouth banding.This project first through the actual participation in the woven bag from the bag cutting after the film feeding,then heard the conveyor device accurately transmitted to the bag mouth alignment station,and finally used the bag mouth flipping mechanism to flip the bag mouth 180° for the production process of edge banding welding,summarize the problems in the process of welding and flipping the bag mouth,the artificial bag mouth alignment edge efficiency is low,and then summarize that the woven bag production line should have five functions such as bag mouth flipping edge banding,bag mouth internal and external alignment,bag feeding,film feeding,bag cutting,etc.Finally,the welding and turning equipment is determined for sub-module design,and the functional structure of each module should be further summarized according to the actions that each module should achieve,so as to prepare the prerequisites for structural design.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Modeling and analysis of bag cutting,bag mouth alignment device and flip welding equipment on the woven bag production line.(2)The reliability analysis of the bag mouth alignment device,the main analysis includes the modeling and analysis of the bag mouth alignment process,the analysis of soft and hard materials of woven bags,etc.(3)The design of the overall structure of the assembly drawing was completed through UG,and then the design of the pneumatic transmission system of the welding flipping bag mouth equipment was completed.Finally,based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of the key mechanism bag mouth alignment mechanism in the woven bag production line equipment is carried out,and the analysis shows that the deformation of the bag mouth alignment mechanism of the woven bag is small,which meets its stiffness criterion and meets the design requirements.(4)Through the different width,the different soft and hard material,the different temperature carries on the braided bag’s force measurement analysis. |
