| In the industrial production process of fine circular materials such as optical fibers and advanced fibers,it is necessary to accurately measure the outer diameter of the microwires to make the product parameters reach the error range allowed by the national standard.At present,the commercial dual-path laser diameter measuring instrument is widely used,but there is a certain blind area in the measurement.The low sampling frequency leads to poor anti-shake performance,and the diffraction image blur phenomenon exists in the measurement of fine line products.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and develops a four-optical path laser diameter measurement system.The main contents are as follows : The measuring principle of laser diameter measuring instrument is introduced in detail,and the overall design scheme of four optical path laser diameter measuring system is proposed.The hardware design part focuses on the design of optical system and signal processing circuit.The software design part focuses on the overall software flow and the optimization design of the edge extraction algorithm of the linear CCD output signal.At the same time,aiming at the demand of enterprises for optical cable defect detection,based on the four-beam laser diameter measurement system,a concave-convex defect detection system with alarm function is designed by using meter and photoelectric encoder.The overall design scheme,hardware and software design and detection process design of the bump defect detection system are described in detail.Experiments show that the measurement range of the four-beam laser diameter measurement system is 0.1~18mm,and the accuracy is ± 0.005 mm ± 0.01 %,which reaches the international advanced level.And in the relevant enterprise production line to complete the convex detection system online testing,defect detection system positioning error of 0.48 meters per hundred meters.The field test results in the laboratory and factory show that the measurement accuracy,positioning accuracy and antiinterference performance of the four-beam laser diameter measurement system and the concave-convex defect detection system can meet the national standard(GB / T3953)and enterprise requirements respectively.In this paper,a four-path laser diameter measurement system is proposed to effectively eliminate the measurement blind area.Compared with the double-path diameter measurement scheme,the sampling frequency is doubled,and the system can still work normally under a certain amplitude vibration.The system has simple structure,strong working reliability and excellent anti-shake performance.It has innovative features such as no need for optical lenses and mechanical devices,and automatic correction.Broad market prospects,has important practical significance,is the future development trend of the outer diameter measuring instrument. |
