As a common method of slope treatment,geogrid reinforcement is widely used in slope engineering because of its simple construction and low cost.It is important to study the effect of different laying schemes on the load-bearing performance of slope.In the past studies,most of them were to analyze the reinforcement slope of geogrid under vertical load,and to study the effect of different reinforcement schemes of geotechnical grille on the load-bearing performance of the slope model under vertical load.There is less research on the reinforcement slope of geogrid which is subjected to lateral non-uniform loading.In this paper,the lateral non-uniform load applied to the slope model by the self-built model box device is simulated,and the load performance of the slope model with different reinforcement conditions is further analyzed.In this paper,four kinds of slope models are made,including no grid slope model,laying grid slope model in the upper and middle of the slope,laying grid slope model in the middle and lower slopes,laying grid slope model in the upper,middle and lower slopes.And ABAQUS software was used to simulate the failure model of the model test,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Under the lateral non-uniform load in this paper,the foot of the model test slope without geogrid is easy to be destroyed,and there are penetrating cracks extending from the foot of the slope to the top of the slope;after the geogrid is laid inside the slope,the geogrid can effectively block the extension and penetration of the internal cracks of the slope,and the slope slides at the contact surface between the slope soil and the grille,the performance of the slope can be enhanced by laying the geogrid.(2)The geogrid can bear the load transmitted by the slope soil,so that the earth pressure on the lower part of the grille is reduced to a certain extent compared with that without the geogrid.The stress of each layer of geogrid is not uniformly distributed along the whole length of the grille.(3)As for the bearing capacity of slope with different reinforcement locations,through comparative analysis of model tests at different grid laying locations,it is found that when the upper and middle parts of the slope are laid with grids,the slope is seriously damaged near the foot of the slope under load,which is not conducive to the slope continuing to bear load;while the middle and lower parts of the slope are laid with grids,which not only make the lower part of the slope close to each other.The damage at the foot of the slope is relatively small,and it can reinforce the upper part of the slope to a certain extent,which improves the bearing capacity of the slope as a whole.Therefore,the bearing capacity of the slope is the best when the geogrid is laid in the middle and lower part of the slope.Based on the reinforcement of the middle and lower grids of the slope,the bearing capacity of the slope can be further improved by laying geogrid on the upper part of the slope.
