In recent years,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the principle of "keeping the red line of cultivated land" on many occasions,requiring all localities to increase the importance of land resources and ensure the rationality and scientificity of resource utilization.Obviously,the importance of land resources has become increasingly prominent.It is related to food production and the basic living needs of the people.It is a proposition that needs to be taken seriously under the current pressure of arable land protection.In January 2017,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Cultivated Land and Improving the Balance of Occupation and Compensation".The opinions require that the strictest cultivated land protection system be adhered to,and efforts should be made to strengthen the “three-in-one” protection of the quantity,quality,and ecology of cultivated land.Therefore,in order to dynamically monitor the real-time quantity and quality status of land resources,we need efficient and accurate technical methods to audit land resources,so as to issue more convincing and authentic audit reports to complete audit objectives for different needs.Based on the development of highly informatized and the background of my country’s complex geographic environment,this article attempts to introduce 3S technology into the land resource audit process to enrich the methods and practical significance of land resource asset audit.This research is based on theoretical analysis,combined with the specific situation of practical application,and summarizes and analyzes the relevant research and achievements of 3S technology audit at home and abroad.First,it introduces the concept of 3S,land resource audit and the application method of 3S technology in land resource audit,etc.theory.It also expounds the impact of 3S technology’s gradual improvement on land resource asset audit.By mining the specific implementation of 3S technology in each link of land resource audit,it highlights the necessity and importance of 3S technology in the current land resource audit.This article also takes X County as an example to implement specific audit plan design.With the integration of 3S technology,it finds out doubts and problems that are difficult to find in traditional audit methods,so that the presented audit conclusions are well-founded,solid and credible.This research shows that in the process of auditing by using 3S technology,the X County Audit Bureau can improve the processing efficiency and processing level of geographic information spatial data,and at the same time,it can also use 3S technology to clarify the relationship between the audited unit and the corresponding matters.The quick and accurate positioning of audit doubts provides an effective means for follow-up evidence collection work,which can effectively solve the problem of shortage of trial power,and ultimately improve the overall efficiency of audit and improve audit quality.Finally,the study points out that although 3S technology can improve the speed,depth and breadth of auditing,and get audit doubts as soon as possible,the application of 3S technology in land resources is relatively short,and there are still many problems.Relevant departments can establish industry norms and formulate corresponding technical guidelines according to the specific conditions of land resource asset auditing.At the same time,they can also solve the application of 3S technology in land resources by cultivating corresponding talents and building a 3S technology audit platform.deficiencies in.
