| Meteorological factors in the aviation operating environment have brought many negative impacts on flight decision-making and implementation.Severe weather factors can seriously affect flight safety,and aircraft flying in thunderstorm areas are extremely vulnerable to lightning strikes,resulting in aircraft damage and failure.In order to reduce the impact of weather factors on flight and better ensure the needs of civil aviation transportation,a detailed study of the laws and characteristics of lightning activity has been carried out.Firstly,based on the ADTD lightning activity data,statistical analysis was conducted to identify the characteristics of lightning activity in southern China and identify the coastal and inland large value centers and regions.It was found that the number of lightning activities in coastal areas was significantly larger than that in inland areas.There were multiple large value centers in Hainan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Fujian,and other places,while the number of lightning activities in inland areas was relatively small and the distribution was uneven.The large value centers were mainly concentrated in areas such as Sichuan and Chongqing,Yungui,Hunan,and Jiangxi.Based on the digital elevation model of southern China,it is found that the lightning peak time in the southeast coastal areas mainly concentrates around 14 pm to 16 pm and exhibits highly similar characteristics,while the lightning peak characteristics in the inland areas have significantly different characteristics due to terrain changes.In the summer high incidence season,it occurs around 22 pm.Using the relative blackbody temperature data collected by Fengyun 4 satellite to compare with the number and location of lightning activity in southern China,it was found that concentrated lightning activity began about two hours before convective activity.During the process of convective activity,the occurrence of dense lightning activity in the convective boundary zone indicates that convective activity may expand outward along this area.The convection that has entered the mature stage will no longer have large-scale concentrated lightning,but there will still be sporadic lightning activities,and the development speed of convection in different regions of the same temperature cloud will be different.Selecting some air routes in southern China to analyze the impact of convection and lightning activities on them,it was found that in the early stages of convection and at the low temperature boundary where lightning activities are frequent during the occurrence of low temperature regions,the air routes in adjacent regions are greatly affected and their development direction needs to be closely monitored.In southern China,convective activities tend to move from northwest to southeast,and the roads located on the southeast side of the convection should be more vigilant. |
