Study On The Indigenous Knowledge Of Using Plant In Shennongjia Forestry District And Its Ecological Significance

Indigenous knowledge is the experiential knowledge of human practices in a specific region,at a specific time,with a specific cultural connotation and under the constraints of a specific social structure.The generation of such knowledge is inseparable from the interaction between human beings and local ecological environment and local biological resources,and has obvious local and cultural characteristics.The field of this paper is Huilongping,Panlong village,Songluo township,Shennongjia forestry region.Its local ecological environment is unique and various biological resources are very rich,which provides a good foundation for the generation of indigenous knowledge in the forestry region.In the process of understanding and using local plants,local residents have developed unique knowledge of using local plants.Based on the field investigation and relevant local records of Shennongjia forestry region,through the observation and recording of People’s Daily life in the forestry region,the participation and experience of local livelihood,and the understanding and combing of local folk culture,combined with ethnobotany method and the theoretical perspective of ecological anthropology,In order to explore the ecological significance of this kind of indigenous knowledge and its value and function to the future development and construction of the forestry region,this paper sorted out and analyzed the indigenous knowledge of the villagers of Huilong Longping in the forestry region on the utilization of plant resources in the natural ecological environment.This paper is mainly divided into the following six parts.The introduction includes the origin,main contents,ideas and research significance of this research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign achievements on indigenous knowledge,plant utilization and plant research in Shennongjia Forestry region.The first chapter introduces the natural geography,social history and field experience of Shennongjia Forestry and Huilongping.The second chapter in human interaction with the environment basic relation "parasitic" as the theme,this paper introduces the characters of natural geography environment,later Long Ping combed the locals on the living environment of the whole cognition as well as to the type of plant resource utilization in the area of and method,think local indigenous knowledge to make it better adapt to the particularity of the local environment;The third chapter focuses on the inevitable trend of "deviation" in the development of human society,and summarizes the important role of indigenous knowledge in building and maintaining the village ecosystem from the specific practices of local people in plant collection and transplantation,the development of local herb culture,and the harmonious interaction between plant resources and the environment.The fourth chapter to cultural adaptation process of cultural mechanism of "adjustment" as the theme,combed the locals in plant protection and utilization of local wisdom,excavated in local festivals and folk story plants have rich social and cultural implications,and points out that the native cultural knowledge can promotes the steady continuation of local society;The fifth chapter,from the perspective of ecological anthropology,comprehensively discusses and analyzes the local culture represented by indigenous knowledge to promote the protection of local biological resources and the stability of ecosystem through the cultural balance mechanism,and points out that indigenous knowledge has unique value and significance for the future development of forestry region.By focusing on the native utilization of plant resources in Shennongjia forestry region,the interactive relationship between local society and natural ecology is explored,and the development process of local society is the process of cultural adaptation.Shennongjia forestry plants use indigenous knowledge not only to the local society,which contains natural harmony and other ecological concepts for the contemporary social development of reference and inspiration.
