The rapid development of the industrialization process has led to a large number of enterprises facing a series of problems such as duplicate construction,overcapacity,malicious competition,etc.,which not only hinder the upgrading and transformation of industrial enterprises,but also cause serious harm to resources and the environment.Therefore,mastering the spatial distribution pattern of industrial enterprises of different industrial types is conducive to the government and relevant departments formulating industrial transformation policies and practicing the concept of sustainable development.Based on Suomi-NPP VIIRS night fire data,this paper proposes a comprehensive HDBSCAN clustering algorithm and space-time characteristic filtering "clustering-filtering" analysis method to extract industrial heat source objects,construct a Gaussian mixture model of different types of industrial heat sources,use temperature similarity measurement to identify industrial heat source subcategories,identify industrial heat sources in Hunan Province from2015 to 2021,study the spatio-temporal variation law of industrial heat sources and the spatial layout of different types of industrial objects,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on Suomi-NPP VIIRS night fire data and MODIS active fire product data(MCD14DL),the industrial heat source points in Hunan Province from 2015 to 2021 were extracted,and the overall accuracy was 92.47% and 90.21%.From the analysis of the sensitivity of the two kinds of data to nighttime thermal anomalies,the integrity of the data attributes and the accuracy of the extraction results,it is confirmed that the Suomi-NPP VIIRS night fire data has strong robustness in the application research of industrial heat sources.and applicability.On this basis,using the Suomi-NPP VIIRS night fire data,the Gaussian mixture model is used to obtain the temperature characteristic function models of various types of industrial heat sources.Based on the similarity measurement idea,the sub-categories of industrial heat sources are determined,and the overall classification accuracy is 86.31%.(2)The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of industrial heat sources are analyzed from the following three aspects: 1)The inter-annual variation of industrial heat sources.The province actively responded to the structural supply-side reform,vigorously rectified scattered and polluting factories,and gradually formed an effective industrial form.During the epidemic,the resumption of work and production was basically completed under the leadership of the government.2)Heat emission of industrial heat sources.Heat emissions from industrial heat sources are mainly concentrated in industrial parks and economic development zones.The high heat discharge area is concentrated in the "Changsha-XiangtanLoudi" area.3)Changes in the spatial pattern of industrial heat sources.The spatial distribution of industrial heat sources in the province is driven by the development in the southwestnortheast direction,and develops along the "Yueyang-Changsha-Xiangtan" area.Among them,the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration develops along the "northeast-southwest" area;the main change trend of the standard deviation ellipse in the Dongting Lake area is that the long axis gradually shifts to the due east along the northeast direction,and the short axis takes the due east direction as the axis.There is a shrinking trend;the industry in southern Hunan gradually develops to the north;the distribution of the direction in the western Hunan region is generally developed to the northwest by the pulling force of the northwest-southeast direction.(3)The spatial distribution of industrial heat source sub-categories is analyzed from the following three aspects:1)Spatial distribution of different types of industrial heat sources.The relevant heat sources of metallurgical enterprises are mainly concentrated in the central and southern parts of Hunan Province;the relevant heat sources of cement enterprises are developing from the central part of Hunan Province to the surrounding areas;the relevant heat sources of chemical enterprises are mainly concentrated in the northeast and southeast of Hunan Province;the relevant heat sources of coal chemical enterprises Concentrated in central and southeastern Hunan Province.2)Spatial pattern of industrial heat source subcategories.The distribution of metallurgicalrelated enterprises in Chang-Zhu-Tan region is the most dense,mainly in Xiangtan City;the distribution of metallurgical-related enterprises in Dongting Lake area and the industrial center of gravity are in Changde City,coal chemical enterprises and chemical enterprises are mainly concentrated in Yueyang City,and cement-related enterprises in this economy The regional distribution is uniform and the center of gravity falls in Yueyang City;metallurgical-related enterprises,cement-related enterprises and chemical-related enterprises in southern Hunan are all distributed in three cities,and the industrial center of gravity is located in Hengyang City,the central city in southern Hunan,and coal-related enterprises are mostly concentrated in Chenzhou City;industrial development in the western region of Hunan is mainly concentrated in Loudi City.3)Spatial characteristic analysis of heat emission of industrial heat source sub-categories.The maximum heat emission density of metallurgical enterprises is much higher than that of the other three types of industries,and is mainly concentrated in the area of Loudi City-Xiangtan City-Zhuzhou City;the heat emission density of cement enterprises is second only to the metallurgical industry.Distribution of chemical enterprises There are obvious heat emissions in all regions of the province.The heat emission of the coal industry is mainly concentrated in the two coal industry cities of Lengshuijiang City,Loudi City and Zixing City,Chenzhou City.(4)Select the energy consumption-pollution-heat emission related indicators,use the grey correlation model to calculate the degree of correlation between the indicators,and select the industrial comprehensive energy consumption(10,000 tons of coal),industrial sulfur dioxide emissions(10,000 tons)and thermal radiation The three indicators of intensity(Wm-2)reflect the situation of industrial energy consumption,pollution and heat discharge respectively,explore the types of industrial development in each city,and put forward suggestions for rational urban industrial layout.
