Abstract/Summary:
Functional structure integration technology as an important initiative to enhance the comprehensive combat effectiveness of future warplanes,has become a research frontier in the field of future intelligent warplane structure design.The corrugated beam sandwich metasurface absorption/transmission structure is a new form of structure-electromagnetic integrated composite material,which is expected to realize the synergistic enhancement of structural electromagnetic absorption/transmission characteristics and mechanical properties,especially in line with the development trend of functionalization,integration and intelligence of future warplane structural platforms.The thesis explores the absorption/transmission electromagnetic properties and resonance mechanism of the structure and investigates the mechanical properties and load-bearing mechanism of the structure with a new corrugated beam sandwich metasurface absorption/transmission structure,mainly covering:1)Based on the modeling principle of absorption/transmission integrated metasurface equivalent circuit,considering the important influence of the structural transmissive layer and the characteristic impedance of the corrugated core layer,the equivalent circuit model of a typical corrugated beam sandwich metasurface absorption/transmission structure is constructed,and the influence law of key elements such as the total parameters of the model set and the equivalent characteristic impedance of the corrugated beam on the electromagnetic transmission characteristics of the new absorbing/transmissive structure is discussed in detail.2)A full-wave analysis numerical model of the corrugated beam sandwich super-surface structure cell is established,and the absorption/transmission electromagnetic characteristics and resonance mechanism of the structure are studied in depth,and the influence law of structural corrugated beam parameters and impedance layer parameters on the absorption/transmission electromagnetic transmission characteristics of the structure is discussed in detail;meanwhile,the S-parameters and RCS of a typical flat plate structure are compared and studied.3)A finite element analysis cellular model of corrugated beam sandwich metasurface absorption/transmission structure was constructed to systematically study the mechanical properties and load-bearing mechanism of the structure,and the influence law of the main structural parameters on the mechanical properties and load-bearing mechanism of the structure was analyzed in detail.It is shown that the research strategy of using a combination of equivalent circuit and full-wave analysis can help improve the efficiency of the design analysis of structural absorption/transmission characteristics.Based on the above idea,the typical corrugated beam sandwich structure can achieve the transmission characteristics of both sides absorbing and middle transmitting in the range of 2 to18GHz.Its-10d B absorption band is from 4.5 to 6.9 GHz,11.9 to 14.5 GHz,and the transmission band is at 8.8 to 9.8 GHz.Besides,the structure has good angular stability.Meanwhile,the equivalent density of the structure is about 1.598g/cm~3,which has good specific stiffness characteristics.The work in this thesis lays a solid theoretical foundation for promoting the functional integrated co-design of new corrugated beam sandwich metasurface structures.
