With the rapid progress of science and technology,in-depth understanding of the actual mechanism and characteristics of super-fast phenomenon is the top priority of today’s scientific research work.The detection and analysis of ultrafast phenomena is not only limited to medical,physics,chemistry and other fields,but also involves inertial confinement fusion,basic frontier scientific research,new radar imaging and so on.Streak camera has a great advantage in the observation of ultrafine phenomena,it has a high resolution in both time and space.In this paper,the research focuses on the following aspects:1.This thesis will explore the theories of X-ray focusing and splitting,comprehend the fundamental information interaction between MATLAB and ZEMAX software,and determine the research direction of X-ray analysis and co-simulation in streak image converter,in conjunction with both domestic and foreign advancement and research progress of streak image converter.2.In the sequential mode and non-sequential mode of ZEMAX software,the aperture diffraction structure of medium X-ray is designed respectively,and the grating diffraction model structure is designed in the non-sequential mode of ZEMAX software.By calling the independent communication mode of ZOS-API interface in ZEMAX,the co-simulation with MATLAB is realized.Optimized pinhole imaging systems with1 ke V to 8ke V energy and 5um to 15 um aperture are obtained,with spatial resolution ranging from 20 to 200lp/mm.Moreover,the programs of X-ray keyhole diffraction and grating diffraction are written directly in MATLAB,and the spatial resolution is compared with the results obtained by ZEMAX simulation.The variation trend of modulation transfer function obtained by these two methods is similar,and the results are basically consistent.The dynamic connection between ZEMAX and MATLAB is established,and the work of constructing and simulating the keyhole model in ZEMAX and transferring the calculation results to MATLAB is realized.3.The whole structure of streak image converter is designed in CST,and the double short magnetic focusing structure is adopted to optimize the model.The magnetic field distribution of different off-wheelbase electrons on the optimal imaging surface is studied.The magnetic field distribution and spatial resolution of ordinary single magnetic focusing and double magnetic lens focusing at 4mm to 8mm off-axis are compared.The average spatial resolution of double short magnetic focusing model at different off-wheelbase is 40lp/mm.The average spatial resolution of the single magnetic focusing model is 22lp/mm at different wheelbase deviations,which proves the superiority of the double magnetic focusing structure in the streak image converter.The deflection sensitivity of the plate deflector in the double-lens streak transformer tube structure was calculated.The full dynamic simulation of the double magnetic lens streak converter tube is carried out,and the time resolution of the flat plate deflector structure can reach 5ps under the dual magnetic lens system.
