With the gradual exploitation of surface resources,the underground mineral resources of 1,000-3,000 meters will be the replacement resources in the future.IP method is an indispensable geophysical method to detect metal sulfide ore,but IP instrument in the world can’t meet the precision requirements of deep exploration.This paper tries to develop a DC IP instrument with high precision and stability to meet the future resource exploration requirements.According to the characteristics of weak signal and the principle of IP exploration,the control system scheme of DC IP receiver is developed.According to the characteristics of weak signals,the acquisition card is selected,and the analog-to-digital converter ADS1282 of TI is selected,which has 32-bit conversion accuracy and can distinguish weak signals.Aiming at the interference signal,while using ADS1282 filtering function,a linear even symmetric FIR low-pass decimation filter based on PL terminal is designed,and the decimation number is 128 times and the total order is 1395.The SOC chip ZYNQ7010 is used to build the control platform,and simultaneously control six ADC channels to meet the requirements of six-channel synchronous acquisition.PL terminal is used to interact with SPI digital interface of ADS1282,so as to meet the strong data processing capability required by the design.The PS terminal is used to interact with the control module of ADS1282 to meet the strong control capability.The clock module,reset module,ADS1282 data flow control module,ADS1282 readback control module,FIFO module,FIR interface module,FIR module and DMA module are designed on the PL side,which can quickly and stably complete the transmission and storage of collected data.At the PS end,the data collected by ADS2182 is checked back through AXI bus,and ADS1282 power supply,synchronization signal,reset,data rate,multiplexing selection,gain,filtering and so on are configured.The functions of ADS1282 data flow control module,ADS1282 readback control module and FIR interface module at PL end are simulated to ensure the correctness of their codes and functions.The experimental results of different instruments in indoor and outdoor show that the prototype is practical and the IP receiver control system designed in this paper is feasible.
