Game Study On The Extreme Controversy Of Farmland Acquisition From The Perspective Of Evolutionary Psychology

The extremely controversy of rural land expropriation compensation has become a hot issue of social concern.From the perspective of evolutionary psychology,this paper discusses the game behavior strategies of relevant stakeholders in the extreme controversy of agricultural land expropriation and compensation,in order to put forward the path to resolve the extreme controversy.This paper expounds the relevant definitions and theories of extreme controversy in agricultural land expropriation compensation,and introduces the evolutionary psychology and extreme controversy theory in agricultural land expropriation compensation,which provides a theoretical basis for this paper.Combined with the actual situation of rural land expropriation,this paper combines evolutionary psychology with extreme controversy theory,constructs the extreme controversy game model of agricultural land expropriation compensation from the perspective of evolutionary psychology,carries out model analysis and simulation,deduces the conclusion of the game model,and selects the corresponding cases of agricultural land expropriation compensation in reality for analysis.According to the conclusion of the game model,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the extreme controversy of rural land expropriation compensation,and looks forward to the further research of this paper.The conclusions of this paper are as follows.First,the extreme controversy of agricultural land expropriation compensation not only depends on the level of compensation standard,but also comes from the differences between local governments and landless farmers in compensation price and their extreme differences in fairness cognition.This difference in fairness cognition in agricultural land expropriation compensation has always existed in the whole expropriation activities.Second,in the agricultural land expropriation compensation activities,the local government has the compulsory power given by the state to exclude the negotiation space of landless farmers.The agricultural land expropriation planning and compensation system are formulated by the local government.Third,in the extreme controversy of government rentseeking,zero sum income and farmers’ speculation,the psychology of reciprocal altruistic preference will increase the utility of local governments and landless farmers,and the psychology of loss avoidance preference will reduce the psychological utility of local governments and landless farmers.The greater the reciprocal altruistic preference of the local government and the landless farmers,the faster the moderate strategy choice is made,the greater the loss avoidance preference coefficient is,and the faster the tough strategy choice is made.The high reciprocal altruistic preference and low loss avoidance preference of the local government and the landless farmers will lead to the extreme controversy of agricultural land expropriation compensation,and the game equilibrium will be the extreme controversy resolution(legal expropriation,cooperative expropriation).
