| Queueing phenomenon can be seen everywhere. When it is combined with economics and game theory,it’s formed queueing economics. If the concept of queuing economics is taken as the foundation, queueing system can be studied from the perspectives of individuals and society. For individuals,it matters when he joins the queue, while for the society, the society pays more attention to its benefits. This thesis studies two types of queuing models with N-strategy.Then it explores their system equilibrium and social benefits. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis reviews the research development and status quo of queueing economics.what’s more,it also reviews the essence of service, customer retrial behavior and N-strategy in system. As for basic theories of the queueing system,it analyzes game theory and Nash equilibrium.Secondly,it researches the retrial queueing model and vacation queueing model. On the one hand, the definition of negative customer is extended in the retrial queue with N-strategy,and it is combined with queueing economics model. On the other hand,Bernoulli mechanism is used to make the equilibrium arrival rate of each state more closely related in the vacation queueing model with N-strategy.For the above models, the equilibrium indicators and benefits of each model are studied in fully observable situations. And we also analyze customer equilibrium strategies and social benefits in partially unobservable situations. Finally,on the results of partially unobservable situation, numerical simulation is carried out to explore the equilibrium strategy and the change of social benefit under the condition of parameter changes. |
