In recent years,significant progress has been made in theoretical and experimental research on water wave regulation,providing new ideas for the design of coastal protective structures.The research on the propagation mode and regulation mechanism of water waves not only contributes to the protection of wave disasters,but also has potential engineering value for the collection of green energy wave energy.This paper takes shallow water equations as the research object,introduces the concepts of bandgap metamaterials and gradient index materials(GIM)into the water wave regulation mechanism,and uses theoretical and numerical research to design a new series of wave attenuation structures.The main contents are as follows: Firstly,by comparing the operating conditions of different water depths and frequencies,the numerical simulation results are compared with the results in the literature,which prove the accuracy of the numerical simulation model in this paper.Secondly,from the perspective of numerical simulation,take periodic structures standing upright in the water wave field as the research object,and the discussion on the energy band characteristics and water wave attenuation effects of periodic square structures,circular periodic structures,defect states in square and circular structures are discussed.Furthermore,the parameters of the incident boundary conditions and initial water depth are optimized by changing the environmental parameters of the numerical model.Thirdly,by introducing the transformation medium theory,a new type of gradient variation series submerged breakwater structure is designed.By studying the effects of different structural transmissivity,different frequencies,and initial water depths on the wave dissipation performance of GIM structures,and optimal parameters of the best wave prevention and wave regulation effects are achieved.Finally,by changing the geometric parameters of the GIM model,the influence of the parameters of the GIM model on the performance of wave attenuation is discussed.Under three frequency conditions of water wave,adjust parameters such as GIM model width t,channel width M,the ratio between GIM model width and channel width M,and the extension length of GIM structural platform to achieve better wave prevention and wave manipulation effects.In summary,numerical simulation and parameter optimization design is carried out on innovative mechanisms of water wave manipulation and design in this paper,and new mechanisms of water wave regulation based on band-gap mechanism and transformation theory are further utilized to analyze and design a new series of wave attenuation structures.Innovative ways and ideas for the application and research in the field of marine energy on wave regulation are conducted in this paper,and useful guidance is provided for future coastal protection and aquaculture projects.
