The coastal waters of Qinhuangdao are important aquaculture land,shipping hub and military area in China.The study of the meteorological and hydrological characteristics of Qinhuangdao coastal sea area is of great significance to the production activities of coastal sea area,and can lay a scientific foundation for the further development of Qinhuangdao coastal sea area.Therefore,this thesis selects the data measured by No.23 buoy at Huangdonghai Station for a consecutive year from April 2021 to March 2022 for research.The monthly and seasonal variations of meteorological and hydrological parameters such as temperature,salinity,air temperature,barometric pressure,wind field and flow field in the coastal waters of Qinhuangdao were systematically analyzed,and the formation mechanism and influencing factors of flow field were discussed.Sea water temperature is a physical quantity that measures how hot or cold sea water is.Seawater salinity is the scale of seawater salt content,it is an important part of the whole ocean system.Sea surface pressure and air temperature play an important role in numerical weather prediction,atmospheric dynamics,tropical cyclone track and dynamic analysis.Based on the statistical analysis of surface seawater temperature and salinity data measured by buoys in Qinhuangdao offshore waters,the monthly mean variation characteristics and seasonal variation rules of main meteorological and hydrological parameters in Qinhuangdao offshore waters are obtained,thus providing data support for aquaculture and ecological environmental protection in this area.Sea surface wind field is an active factor that affects the properties of elements such as wave,current and water mass,and directly affects the change of momentum exchange,heat exchange and sea surface physical quantity.Based on the in-depth statistical analysis of the wind field data in the offshore waters of Qinhuangdao,it is found that the annual average wind speed is 5.33 m/s,and the wind direction is mainly northeast east-northwest direction,with obvious seasonal variation.In spring,the wind direction is southwest to northwest direction,and the frequency of the main wind direction is 32%.In summer,the main wind direction is southeast-to-southwest,and the frequency of the main wind direction is 34%.In autumn,the main wind direction was east-west,and the frequency of the main wind direction was 24%.In winter,northeast east-northwest-west direction,the main wind frequency is 42%.Ocean currents affect and restrict the physical,chemical,biological and other processes in the ocean,as well as the formation and change of climate and weather over the ocean.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the formation mechanism of ocean current.Based on the buoy observation data of Qinhuangdao offshore area,the formation mechanism of current in this area is explored.It is found that the current in May 2021 and January 2022 is dominant,and the density current in July 2021 and June 2021 is dominant.Because ocean currents are closely related to sediment movement and pollutant diffusion,the study of ocean currents can promote the development of Marine economy and is of great significance to the protection of Marine ecosystem.
