With the rapid development and application of laser threat technologies such as laser weapons in the modern military field,in order to deal with the increasingly serious space laser threat countries are actively engaged in the research of space laser warning technology.As an important means of space laser countermeasures,satellite-based laser warning technology features rapid interception,measurement,identification and real-time warning of enemy laser threat signals.For the current requirements of high angular resolution,low false alarm rate and high reliability of space laser warning,how to efficiently and accurately obtain the characteristic parameters of the incoming laser is one of the key tasks of the current research on satellite-based laser warning system,this project will investigate the two-dimensional high-precision starborne laser warning device and communication system to meet the wide waveband and large field of view.For the technical requirements of the grating diffraction type two-dimensional high-precision satellite-based laser warning device and communication system,the main research work is as follows.Firstly,the two-dimensional laser warning system uses a special two-dimensional grating and optical lens set as diffraction and imaging units to improve the diffraction efficiency and detection range of laser signals,and the theoretical method of calculating the laser spot center coordinate position and characteristic parameters after diffraction by the grating is studied.Secondly,the laser warning system uses two wide-band GH-VSW640-F15 c improved In Ga As detectors as the core photoelectric conversion devices for the system coarse and fine measurement structure to improve the detection performance of the system 0.4μm~1.7μm wide spectrum,large field of view and high angular resolution,focusing on the design of detector bias voltage circuit,signal conditioning and conversion circuit,FPGA system circuit,communication control circuit and system power supply circuit,and the assembly with 1553 B module to complete the principle prototype system construction;Meanwhile,the system uses FPGA as the core controller to complete the detector parallel timing drive control,data acquisition and processing transmission,upper display and 1553 B communication control software design,and complete the functional verification of each module design.Finally,the two dimensional satellite-based laser warning test platform is built,and the laser images of different angles at different wavelength types are collected for data analysis and system verification by completing the system communication and laser imaging tests.The results show that the system spectral measurement range is 0.4μm~1.7μm,the measurement resolution is 0.2°,the wavelength resolution is about 5nm,the detection field of view is:azimuth angle ±55°,pitch angle ±50°,the laser alarm system principle prototype design to meet the requirements.
