Quantum sensing,as a new technology means,has aroused great interest due to its special experimental sample diamond Nitrogen Vacancy(NV)color center and a variety of experimental techniques,especially in the measurement of physical quantities based on NV color center.Infrared probe,sonar detection and other technologies are important means of displacement detection technology,but with the development of The Times,the emerging quantum technology has a broad development space for displacement detection technology.In this experiment,continuous wave optical detection magnetic resonance technology(CWODMR)combined with magnetic aggregator(MFC)was used to test under different magnetic field gradients,and the effectiveness of magnetic aggregation structure on improving the sensitivity of displacement was illustrated by comparison.Meanwhile,the possibility of quantum regulation technology on displacement measurement was further analyzed.In the experiment,the correlation between the magnetic field size and the resonance frequency point was obtained through the optical detection magnetic resonance technology,and then the linear change of the magnetic field at a certain point in the corresponding magnetic field was obtained through the change of the permanent magnet position,and finally the linear relationship between the displacement and the resonance frequency point was obtained.On the basis of CWODMR experiment,pulse experiment was conducted.Through the pulse experiment,pulse ODMR,Rabi oscillation and Ramsey test were tested.The possibility of displacement test under quantum regulation was analyzed through Ramsey microwave test results and experimental results were obtained.Firstly,the experimental platform of CW-ODMR based on NV color center of integrated diamond was designed,and the optical path system was built.Permanent magnet,magnetic field regulating device and MFC are used to adjust the size direction of the magnetic field.After the axial magnetic field is obtained in the NV color center,the ODMR resonance frequency point is tested.The displacement is tested through the correlation between the resonance frequency point,magnetic field and displacement.In the experiment,the effectiveness of MFC structure in displacement measurement is demonstrated by using MFC comparison.Secondly,the pulse optical path is built on the basis of continuous light experiment,and the possibility of displacement test is explored through the study of pulse experiment.The acousto-optic modulator(AOM)and diaphragm were added on the basis of the continuous experimental optical path,and the microwave source and data processing device were replaced.Through the test of pulse ODMR and the resonant frequency point and pulse duration determined by Rabi,the NV color center of Ramsey sequence is tested,the possibility of displacement test is explored and the experimental results are obtained.Finally,the results of CW-ODMR experiment were analyzed,and the linear change of the resonant frequency point of the experimental data was obtained due to the change of permanent magnet position.By comparing with or without MFC structure,the displacement sensitivity with MFC structure was 24 times that without MFC structure.At last,the signal is modulated and demodulated with phase-locked amplifier to obtain the demodulation curve,and the minimum resolution of displacement is 25 nm.On the basis of continuous experiments,the test of displacement experiment by quantum control technology is further studied.Resonance frequency points are obtained through ODMR experiment,and the duration of quantum state reversal for one period in the time domain is obtained by using resonance frequency points,namely,the duration of pulse.Appropriate Ramsey sequence is written according to pulse duration.Select appropriate step time and initial time for experimental test,finally get the experimental data of Ramsey and then process the data to get the experimental results finally get the minimum displacement resolution of 104 nm,which verifies the possibility of pulse control technology for displacement test.
