| As a new type of clean and renewable energy,Marine energy has attracted more and more attention from domestic and surgical research.Marine wave energy,offshore wind energy,offshore photovoltaic power generation and other technologies have made phased progress.Direct drive wave energy generator based on linear generator is widely used in Marine monitoring system,work on isolated islands and lighting electricity.However,long-term practical research has found that compared with rotary power generation system,wave energy generation system based on linear generator has lower power density,lower fault tolerance and lower output power quality.In addition to the undulation kinetic energy in the vertical direction,the ocean wave also has the vertical swing kinetic energy,which leads to the poor stability of the direct drive wave power generation device in the operation process.In this paper,a new type of rotating linear permanent magnet motor is proposed for ocean tidal power generation.The motor device can absorb the horizontal and vertical energy brought by ocean waves to generate electricity.Compared with traditional offshore power generation systems,Compared with the traditional wave power generation device,it can capture the wave energy of the ocean more effectively,so as to achieve more efficient wave energy generation.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)In order to improve the energy capture and conversion efficiency of ocean wave power generation system,a novel linear rotating permanent magnet motor structure is used in this study,which can simultaneously convert the horizontal and vertical wave kinetic energy into electrical energy.In addition,the structure characteristics and operation principle of the direct drive power generation platform are analyzed in order to better meet the needs of the system.(2)According to wave load and electromagnetic load,combined with the existing engineering design methods of permanent magnet rotary motor and permanent magnet linear motor,the electromagnetic field model of the motor is established,and the dimension parameters of the motor structure are calculated.By analyzing the structure characteristics of linear rotating permanent magnet motor,the correctness of the motor structure system is verified.(3)Due to the motor consists of linear motion unit and rotary motion unit,the static and dynamic performance of the two modules of the designed rotary linear permanent magnet motor were calculated by finite element analysis,and the changes of the motor no-load electromotive force,positioning force and groove torque were analyzed.(4)Finally,the output power and energy conversion efficiency of the motor are analyzed and calculated under the linear and rotating motion with load.The internal air gap structure of the rotating module is optimized and analyzed to improve the efficiency of the generator. |
