A large number of small and medium-sized coal enterprises in Yulin have a large number of sales operations every day with huge numbers and amounts,However,the level of informatization is relatively backward.During the sales process,the problems such as the low work efficiency,the opaque data,the untimely processing,and the inadequate statistics have been addressed,especially the key issues such as the untimely payment and the inadequate tracking due to the backward of informatization.This paper develops a coal sales settlement system for Yulin small and medium-sized coal mines,designs an artificial neural network-based analysis and calculation model for the risk of payment collection.The details are as follows:Firstly,the analysis and design of the software system(i.e.YLMSCM)of the sales settlement platform for Yulin medium and small coal mines was have been carried out.Through the investigation of the coal sales process of the small and the medium-sized coal mining enterprises in Yulin area,the analysis is carried out by three aspects:the reconstruction of business logic;the improvement of system functionality,and the improvement of user experience,respectively from customers,managers and company employees.From three perspectives,based on the analysis results,the main functions of the system such as system architecture design,sequence diagram,database design and main interface design are summarized.Based on the UML model,the analysis of module using cases and entity relationships is given.Based on the above,analyzing and designing of the structural framework of the system so that they could determine the constituent modules of the system program and the relationships between these modules.Secondly,We did the research and design a risk prediction model based on artificial neural network to establish the payment collection.Receipt is an important current asset of an enterprise.Improving the receivable management mechanism is of the great significance for accelerating the payment recovery and preventing financial risks.The theoretical basis of the model proved the feasibilities of the model design and the rationality of the model optimization,and detailed the model’s handling of customer information and its application in the system,and the selection of the payment strategy based on the evaluation results predicted by the model.In order to reduce the risk of payment and improve the management of the system,so that it can increase effectiveness.Evaluating the customer creditworthiness through the settlement platform ensuring the company’s normal cash flow and sustained and stable profitability.Through the optimization and improvement of the collection management of smart technology,the various management links involved are effectively closed,and a standardized and complete process closed loop.All of these can supervise the flow of funds which have been constructed.Finally,a set of sales settlement platform software system for Yulin small and medium coal mines was have been developed and verified.The file structure of the system,the realization of database and database connection,and the detailed design and realization of each module of the system are explained in details.The system realizes the functions of customer management,mine price management,salesman management,sales management,payment management,customer balance management,invoice management,and authority management,and meets the functional requirements of all links in the coal sales model in Yulin.The beta version of the system has been tried by Shuangshan Coal Mine,and its six common functions,including sales data entry and review,payment management,customer balance tracking,sales report,coal type management,and new mine price.They have been verified,tested,and analyzed.Whether the function of the system is perfect,or the system is applied to the actual scene for result analysis,and certain results have been obtained.In summary,the system has so far solved the problems in the original sales model of a coal company and met the company’s basic needs.At the same time,it supports the stable operation of related processes to a large extent,improves work efficiency,and achieves the expected designing goals.
