| With the rapid development of systems biology,Boolean networks,as an important model in systems biology,has been widely concerned by researchers,and Boolean control network considering the influence of control input has also become a hot research issue.The state estimation of Boolean control network is very important for the implementation of state feedback controller in the case of unknown state,and further affects the evolution analysis and control of biological systems modeled by Boolean network.In addition,the objectivity or reconfigurability of the Boolean control network is the existence condition of the observer.This paper investigates the reconstructible problem of Boolean control networks and disturbed Boolean control networks by using the semi-tensor product of matrix,and design state observer,as well as the application problem in biological system.The main contents of this paper are listed as follows:1.The reconstructibility analysis of Boolean control networks.Redefine the reconstructibility concept of Boolean control network,and three definitions of reconstructibility are given,which are global reconstructible,locally reconstructible and unreconstructible respectively.According the set method for state estimation to obtain the reconstruction judgment matrix.Using reconstructibility judgment matrix,the state reconstructibility tree is established and the reconstructibility judgment is obtained.2.The global reconstructible of Boolean control networks with disturbed.According to the analysis of the state reachable set,the definitions of four different state sets of the Boolean control network with disturbed are given.Based on the set method for state estimation,the state estimation problem of the disturbed Boolean control network is analyzed,and the global reconstructibility concept of the Boolean control network with disturbed is proposed.3.Observer design problem.Based on the set method for state estimation,the state observer is designed.Design the feedback control system for locally reconstructible Boolean control network,so that the state observer can accurately observe the state of the system in a limited time.At the end of this paper,the application of MATLAB for biological example simulation verification.This paper summarizes the work that has been done and looks forward to the future work. |
