As human beings attach more and more importance to the ocean,how to develop and manage the ocean resources rationally and efficiently has become an indispensable part of the current marine strategy.Underwater equipment such as ocean buoys and underwater unmanned vehicles are very important tools for exploration of the ocean.Wireless power transmission solves the problems such as complex operation,poor reliability and low security of traditional power transmission system,which is widely used in the power supply of underwater equipment.In view of the situation that underwater equipment need charge multiple receivers with constant voltage at the same time,this paper designed a feasible wireless power transmission scheme for underwater equipment with multiple receivers according to the actual condition.By establishing the mutual inductance model loose-coupled transformer with multiple receivers and the equivalent circuit model of power supply system,this paper analyzed and designed the inverter circuit,the compensation topology,coupler with multiple receivers,drive circuit,rectifier circuit and control circuit of the system in detail.This paper analyzed the main disturbance of underwater wireless power transfer system with multiple receivers,and proposes a closed-loop voltage stabilizing control method based on primary side regulation.This paper chooses the applicable controller for the system,and then the control process is designed and the parameters are adjusted.MATLAB /Simulink and Ansoft Maxwell 3D are used to build a co-simulation system to verify whether the system hardware circuit and control process design is reasonable and feasible.The robustness and immunity of the designed control algorithm are proved at the same time.Based on the closed-loop control design this paper summarized the steps of controller parameter optimization.According to the requirements of secondary output voltage’s dynamic performance,a multi-objective parameter optimization algorithm is proposed,which named NSGA-Ⅲ/SDR.The process and hyperparameters of optimization algorithm are analyzed and designed detailly.This paper completed the contrast experiment of controller parameter optimization by Matlab and prove the necessity and feasibility of using NSGA-Ⅲ/SDR in underwater stabilized voltage system with multiple receivers.This paper constructed the model machine of underwater wireless power transmission with multiple receivers,and analyses the device selection and operating principle of the current capture circuit and closed loop control circuit.Experiment on secondary equivalent power transmission is implement.At the same time,the experiment of stabilized voltage output are carried out in the cold start phase and the situation when the secondary quantity and the coupling interval are changed.The prototype system can maintain the stable output of more than 10 V and the total transmitted power is not less than 150 W.The overshoot of the output voltage is less than 10% during the system disturbance,and the setting time is less than 75 ms,which can satisfy the requirements of the underwater wireless power transfer system in terms of setting time and dynamic performance. |
