| The level of stray light suppression of a space optical system operating in geostationary orbit determines the performance of the space detection performance of the space optical system.In order to ensure the proper operation of the detection system and to utilize the accuracy of sensor measurements,and thus to meet the increasing demand for high-quality image information,the stray light suppression of the space telescope system based on the ray-tracing procedure is the research topic.The main sources of stray light in the visible wavelength range in geostationary orbit are studied.And the main source of stray light is the earth-atmosphere radiation.Based on the detection index,the stray light suppression requirements are calculated.Based on the According to the specific design requirements,a variety of optical structure types are compared and analyzed,and the coaxial triple inverse structure is selected as the basic optical structure.The optical design and simulation software Zemax was used to optimize the structure of the designed optical system to achieve the high image quality requirements,and a tolerance analysis was conducted.The mechanical design software Solidworks was used to model various main baffle solutions and inner baffle mechanically.The optical and mechanical structures were integrated to form a complete system.On the basis of this,programming with Scheme language to write macros to complete the ray tracing of the whole system.Based on the simulation results,it is concluded that a gradient distribution of the angled vanes is the best choice for the main baffle.By setting different vane design parameters The light tracing software Trace Pro is used to obtain the respective stray light suppression evaluation results by setting different design parameters of the vane.The stray light suppression structure with the best design parameters was determined.The PST parameters of the final structure are shown to meet the stray light suppression index.In this study,the analysis and suppression of stray light were achieved by the ray tracing program for the space telescope system.At the same time,the stray light suppression structure is improved to reduce the impact of stray light on the system. |
