The competitiveness of products in the market is mainly determined by quality.Reliability is the main index to evaluate product quality.The key technology to evaluate product reliability is accelerated life test.The traditional accelerated life test is mainly realized by constructing an accelerated model.However,the application scope of accelerated model is not wide enough and the actual operation is difficult.In this paper,geometric process is introduced into accelerated life test technology.Carry out the following specific research work:1.Systematically summarize and sort out the research on statistical analysis methods and applications of accelerated life test at home and abroad.The achievements and development of the research and application of geometric process model are analyzed and discussed.Research direction and hot issues in the field of reliability research.Based on the background of China’s economic development and the demand in the field of reliability.Put forward the research topic-Statistical Analysis of constant addition test based on lognormal distribution geometric process model.2.This paper presents a new model-Geometric Process of Lognormal Distribution Model(hereinafter referred to as GP-LN model).Based on the complete data,the estimation results of GP-LN model are proved to be accurate by numerical simulation.It is applied to the statistical analysis based on censored data.The numerical simulation results show that the estimation results of GP-LN model are also more accurate.3.The estimation effect of GP-LN model is compared with the results of statistical analysis of accelerated life test using traditional accelerated model.The results of numerical simulation show that the estimation accuracy of GP-LN model is higher than that of traditional model.It can reduce the difficulty of product life evaluation and practical application.Finally,the feasibility of GP-LN model is verified by empirical analysis.It is proved that the model can meet the needs of practical engineering to a certain extent,and has certain significance. |
