Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy.At present,our manufacturing industry development faces the increase of complexity of macro-economic environment.In the aging population,labor force outflow,industry competition intensifies,overcapacity,carbon emission pressure,manufacturing enterprises are under extreme pressure of survival and development,it is urgent to change the development idea,seek to break the situation.With the continuous progress of digital technologies such as big data artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and blockchain,digital transformation has become an effective means to solve manufacturing problems.However,the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry started relatively late,and the lack of original digital talents,limited capital investment,and lack of digital technology are the main factors restricting the in-depth digital transformation of enterprises.According to the 2022 Accenture China Enterprise Digital Transformation Index report,only 17%of the leading enterprises have achieved significant results in digital transformation.TTherefore,it is urgent to study the key factors of promoting enterprise transformation and improving transformation efficiency.Based on complex networks and evolutionary game methods,this paper analyzes the game evolution rules of digital transformation strategy diffusion in manufacturing enterprises’competitive and cooperative networks through modeling and simulation,in order to provide decision support and policy suggestions for the government and enterprises on digital transformation strategy.The main contents of the paper include:Firstly,from the research of the current situation of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,the paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the enterprise transformation.Based on the existing literature and research reports,the internal and external factors affecting the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises are analyzed by PEST model and Porter’s five Forces model.Secondly,based on the extracted influencing factors and referring to the enterprise operation process,the enterprise digital transformation evolutionary game model under the basic network is constructed,the interactive relationship between the enterprise subjects on the adoption of digital transformation strategy is studied,the stable strategy is obtained,and the relevant analysis of the evolutionary stability strategy is carried out,and the effect of each factor is theoretically obtained.Python software was used to simulate the evolution path under different parameters.Finally,the enterprise network is enriched,and the upstream and downstream enterprises and consumers of the value chain are included in the network evolution game model.The influence mechanism of upstream enterprises and market demand is further explored,and the results of the basic network evolution are compared to get the conclusions of this paper.Research shows that the diffusion of digital transformation strategies in manufacturing networks is a process of change that starts fast,then slows down,and finally becomes stable.The connections between enterprises in the basic network and the centrality in the network positively affect the diffusion of digital transformation strategies.When considering upstream and downstream impacts,the effects of the two are not significant;The growth coefficient of operating income,market share growth,transformation additional benefits,synergy coefficient,and government subsidies brought about by enterprises’ digital transformation can significantly affect the diffusion of digital transformation strategies.However,when considering the upstream and downstream impacts of the value chain,the role of the above factors is weak or not significant;In enterprise networks that consider upstream and downstream impacts,there is no significant impact on the transformation of upstream suppliers,but the proportion of digital customers in the enterprise network can significantly promote the diffusion of strategies,and the proportion of traditional services of transforming enterprises can positively promote the diffusion of digital transformation strategies,while the proportion of common services of traditional enterprises can hinder the dissemination of digital strategies.
