Abstract/Summary:
With the emergence of some diseases,seriously affected the level of economic development.research into infectious diseases is mainly about finging ways to deal with them.The purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of host-vector epidemic model,three kinds of host-vector epidemic models are estabilish.The first chapter introduces the research background,development status,theorem and lemma.The second chapter studies the stability analysis of host-vector epidemic model with control strategy.On the basis of dual vertical transmission model,establish a shelter for those already infected in the host,and to vaccinate the susceptible,recovered and non-vertically transmitted newborns,And control the medium,reduce contact between susceptible populations and disease vectors.The reproduction number R0 is found.The results show that:reduce contact between populations and vectors,increase the vaccination rate of some people,strengthen control the medium will reduce the basic reproduction number.Research on diseases in which both the host and the vector have vertical transmission are enriched.The third chapter studies the stability of host-vector epidemic model with vaccination and psychological effect.The existence of equilibrum points is proved.It is proved that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable when R0<1;There is a endemic equuuilibrium is locally asymptotically stable when R0>1.The results indicate that:vaccination reduce the reproduction number,and psychological effect do not.But in the case of illness,with the increase of parameter α,the extinction of infectious diseases is accelerated.The fourth chapter is studies the stability of host-vector epidemic model with asymptomatic infectors and delay.The effects of asymptomatic infectors and delay on host-vector epidemic model is discussed.the globally stability of equilibrium point E0 is proved by the Lyapunov function,Further,the critical value of delay τ0 is obtained,when the delay τ through τ0,the stability of the equilibrium E*is changed,the equilibrum point will exist Hopf bifurcation and obtain some derive formulas about the bifurcation directionand and the stability of the bifurcated periodic solution.
