| Since ancient times,natural disasters have occurred frequently in China,with a wide range of types and impacts,and various kinds of disaster risks are intertwined and superimposed,resulting in unstable social and economic development,serious threats to people’s lives and property safety,and posing new challenges to disaster prevention and reduction in urban and rural areas.The construction of traditional villages has a history of many years.From the beginning of its construction,it has been constantly affected by the environment and threatened by natural disasters.A series of problems,such as structural changes of many historical buildings,hollowing out of the village population,aging,and old infrastructure,all contribute to the gradual decline in the degree of resistance to natural disasters.This paper takes Huozhou City of Shanxi Province as the research scope,and four traditional villages within the jurisdiction:Xu village,Kuba village,Tuisha Village and Jia Village as the research samples,to clarify the existing problems of village emergency evacuation places.It finds out the thought and method suitable for the research on emergency evacuation places of traditional villages in Huozhou City,deduces the overall research framework of this paper,and explores the research on emergency evacuation places and optimization strategies of traditional villages in Huozhou City.To improve the comprehensive disaster prevention capability of traditional villages in Huozhou City is of great significance for the protection and renewal of traditional villages.This paper mainly carries out research from the following aspects:First of all,summarize and draw lessons from relevant theoretical studies on emergency evacuation places at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of emergency evacuation places and evacuation places in traditional villages in Huozhou City,study and determine the main problems faced by emergency evacuation places and evacuation places in villages.From the perspective of traditional villages,the similarities and differences of emergency evacuation characteristics between cities and traditional villages are distinguished,the impact of disasters on village safety and development is analyzed,and the importance of emergency evacuation place construction is sorted out.Secondly,with the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and ArcGIS technology,the evaluation system of emergency evacuation places for traditional villages in Huozhou City was constructed from three aspects:street elements,building elements and public places.Empirical analysis and research were carried out on 16 evaluation factors in the index layer of the evaluation system,and the evaluation results of Xu village,Kuba village,Tuisha village and Jia village were comprehensively and superimposed to evaluate and judge the current capacity of emergency evacuation places in traditional villages in Huozhou City.Finally,based on the evaluation results of four traditional villages in Huozhou City,and combined with the existing problems of emergency evacuation places,optimization and improvement strategies are proposed in terms of public places,streets,buildings and village emergency service capacity.The main contents include:systematic planning of village public places,relocation of weak public places,and improvement of emergency evacuation efficiency;Sorting out the emergency evacuation road system of villages,setting up alternate evacuation channels for villages,so as to optimize the accessibility and safety of streets and lanes,and improve the emergency evacuation capacity of villages;According to the evaluation results of building elements,optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of renovation,repair,protection,improvement and retention.By improving the stability and safety of buildings,the risk of secondary disasters in the process of emergency evacuation of disaster-affected people is reduced.Optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of village emergency supporting facilities,emergency supplies allocation and emergency management system,so as to improve the comprehensive emergency service ability of villages.It is applied to the actual protection and renewal construction of villages and provides reference for the research on emergency evacuation places of relevant traditional villages. |
