In this paper,the triangle norm is studied in depth,and the fuzzy metric and probability integral are reconstructed accordingly,a new fuzzy integrated evaluation method is founded,an optimized variable domain fuzzy PID controller is designed and applied to a class of engineering issues for Li-ion battery systems as follows.(1)Firstly,a class of generalized triangular modes F_λ with monotone genes and adjustable parameters is given,and the generalized triangular conorm G_λis determined by using duality.They unify some optimized Zadeh operators proposed by the authors;and the characteristics of some operators varying with the parameterλand their relationship with Zadeh operators are analyzed.Secondly,the definition of fuzzy measure g-λand the related theorems it satisfies are given based on the triangular mode;finally,the fuzzy generalized multiplicative probability integral is defined in the space of g-λmeasures based on the triangular mode F_λand several related theorems it satisfies are verified.(2)A battery performance evaluation and sorting method based on fuzzy generalized multiplicative probability integral is constructed,aiming to screen out high-quality single lithium batteries with the highest possible consistency for the composition of battery packs.The weight values of the indicators in the evaluation are determined by a combination of subjective and objective assignment methods,selected from expert experience,and objective assignment methods including the modified CRITIC-entropy method.This evaluation and sorting method allows the initial performance of a number of individual cells to be ranked,which when combined with the clustering method completes the sorting of Li-ion batteries,overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which can only simply judge the excellent and poor performance status of the batteries.(3)Firstly,a new dilation factor is constructed and its scaling performance is studied;Secondly,in order to make the single cell of the Li-ion battery system have better power consistency,an optimized variable-domain fuzzy controller has been designed by adding a new expansion factor to the fuzzy controller and applied to the problem of constant power charge/discharge control of lithium-ion batteries.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the simulation diagrams of conventional PID,fuzzy PID and variable domain fuzzy PID controllers,as well as in the practical application of constant power charging and discharging of Li-ion battery systems,it is verified that the designed variable domain fuzzy PID controller has enhanced robustness,faster response time and better control effect.
