Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the rapid development of binocular stereo vision technology has significantly reduced the cost of manpower and material resources and increased the degree of automation of the work environment.It has been widely used in many fields such as mapping,aviation,and medical treatment.Based on the theory of binocular stereo vision,this paper deeply studies the calibration of binocular cameras,the acquisition of internal and external parameters of binocular cameras,the acquisition of stereo image pairs,the preprocessing of image pairs,feature point extraction algorithms,feature point stereo matching,Key technologies such as the removal of mismatched points have developed a binocular stereo vision measurement system that can collect three-dimensional information on points,lines,and areas.The research work of this paper is mainly:1.Calibration of binocular camera.The basic principle of the binocular camera is analyzed,and the self-made calibration template is used to calibrate the experiment using standard calibration methods to obtain the camera’s internal and external parameters.2.Data acquisition,processing and management.The basic steps of data processing are image preprocessing,feature point detection,and image matching.In-depth analysis and research are conducted to build a database to store binocular stereo data by type.3.Binocular stereo vision system design and key technologies.Analyze the needs of users and design the module function according to the specific needs of users.Research and analysis on key technologies for system development.4.Develop a binocular stereo vision system software platform based on Visual C++ and OpenCV open source vision library to achieve image display,partial image magnification,real-time point coordinate measurement,real-time distance measurement,point-like element attribute collection,linear element attribute collection,and polygon element attribute Acquisition and other professional application functions.The application example proves that the binocular stereo vision system software platform developed in this paper is simple and practical,and has complete function modules.The actual demand proved the practical value of the platform.
