As a basic and important mechanical transmission part,gear has a very wide and important application in industrial robots,wind turbines,aero-engines,transmissions and even common deceleration motors and other mechanical equipment.Due to the design defects,manufacturing errors,assembly errors,load fluctuations,improper maintenance and other problems,the mechanical properties of gears will be affected,and the working life of gears will be affected.The reliability analysis of gear and its gear transmission system has always been the focus of scholars concerned.In this paper,the reliability of the gear transmission system is analyzed and verified by means of probability theory,mathematical statistics and Monte Carlo method.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the Stress-Strength interference model,for single tooth,the gear,single stage gear transmission system,and the secondary gear transmission system reliability mathematical modeling research,solving the load time and load under the action of system reliability for many times,and discusses the failure mode of gear transmission system reliability mathematical modeling method.(2)Based on the empirical formula for calculating the gear stress,the Monte Carlo method is used to evaluate the static strength reliability of each gear of a secondary gear transmission system,and the influence of the error between the diameter of the index circle and the tooth width caused by the gear manufacturing on the reliability of a single gear was evaluated.(3)Based on the Monte Carlo method,the simulation load and strength of the gear transmission system and information system in the process of gears meshing with each other,through the simulation of system reliability with front to build mathematical model of gear transmission system reliability,comparing the calculated reliability through both the difference to reflect the theory of the accuracy of the mathematical model.(4)Developing a set of gear transmission system reliability analysis software by PyQt5 and Qt Designer,which can be used to analyze the reliability of single tooth,single stage gear transmission system and two stage gear transmission system.The overall framework of the software,the layout of the interface,the realization of internal logic and the application method of the software are introduced in detail,and verified by an example.
