In the context of the continuous development of Internet technology and communication technology,the security of network communication has become particularly critical,both for the military and for individuals,and the security of transmitted information is crucial.Chaos theory is an important branch of the nonlinear discipline,and is known as three revolutionary advances in basic science in the 20 th century,together with quantum mechanics and relativity.Due to the unique nature of chaotic systems,which makes them compatible with the field of secure communication,the research of chaos-based secure communication has become the focus nowadays.With the application of chaos theory in secure communication,chaos synchronization has gradually become a hot topic of research,and various synchronization methods have been proposed one after another,among which chaos synchronization based on state observer is often used in practical engineering because of its advantages of fast synchronization,better stability,and no requirement of initial value.Therefore,in order to expand the functionality and application scope of the state observer synchronization method,we construct and design a functional state observer capable of handling unknown parameters,time-delay systems and function projection synchronization based on state observer,and complete chaotic synchronization by combining the theories of adaptive,time-lag and function projection.The main research of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The adaptive theory is introduced on the basis of the state observer,which retains the advantages of the state observer synchronization method while introducing the adaptive theory to solve the problem of chaotic systems containing unknown parameters,and through a reasonable general observer design,the observation system can identify the unknown parameters in the system while completing the chaotic synchronization of the driving system.(2)The state observer is combined with the adaptive theory and the time lag theory and the function projection theory to construct the corresponding state observer to complete the chaotic synchronization,which can identify the unknown parameters in the system and solve the time lag problem and the function projection problem in the engineering application while retaining the advantage of fast and stable synchronization.(3)The state observer synchronization method designed in this paper is applied to masking communication,taking into account the security and concealment of chaotic masking.In this paper,based on the traditional chaotic masking,we propose a hopping multi-masking encryption scheme,in which the sender uses two different chaotic systems to generate carriers,so that the transmitted signal is hopped and masked between the different carriers.This increases the confidentiality of the mixed signal by making it more chaotic.
