| China is one of the countries with larger geological resources storage in the world,but the difficulty of geological resources exploration and the high requirements for exploration technology and exploration equipment have led to the lack of advantages in resource utilization in China.At present,the mainstream seismic exploration nodal instrument monitoring management system is mainly developed on Windows system.Although the Windows system provides good human-computer interaction,due to the characteristics of geological exploration with many acquisition points and large data volume,field exploration personnel will face many inconveniences when using the equipment equipped with the Windows system,which is not conducive to the monitoring and management of seismic exploration nodal equipment.Therefore,how to improve the mobility and portability of seismic exploration node monitoring and management equipment and develop corresponding monitoring management software has become an urgent problem.In this thesis,we propose and design a handheld node-gauge monitoring management system based on Android platform to realize the portability of monitoring and management of seismic exploration node-gauge.The system integrates the functions of node observation,node networking,acquisition control,parameter configuration,status monitoring,data processing and visualization,which can provide a convenient monitoring management method for the field exploration patrol personnel.The main work and contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The vibration signal acquisition node is designed based on STM32,which realizes the functions of acquisition,storage and transmission vibration signals.The node can parse the commands issued by the host computer and select different acquisition modes and data transmission methods according to the parsing results.The acquisition node has Bluetooth Mesh and Wi-Fi communication functions,both of which can be switched according to different application scenarios and can effectively reduce the power consumption of the node.(2)The handheld seismic survey node monitoring management software is developed based on Android platform.First,the development of node observation function is completed by map development toolkit,including node accurate deployment,node ranging,personnel positioning,and line patrol track drawing.Second,based on Bluetooth Mesh and Wi-Fi communication functions,the data interaction between handheld devices and acquisition nodes is realized,and then the field networking,acquisition control,status monitoring,and parameter configuration of nodes are realized.In addition,based on the lightweight database SQLite,an efficient data storage mode is built.Finally,based on the MPAndroidChart tool library,the local visualization and spectrum analysis functions of seismic data are realized.(3)The node monitoring management system server is built based on Spring framework to realize the remote supervision function of nodes and personnel.First,the server integrates the SpringBoot microservice framework to realize the functions of request parsing and business processing.Second,the server uses Redis caching technology to relieve the load pressure on the MySql database and optimize the server operation speed,and finally,the Redis cluster is built to achieve load balancing and high availability of the server.The handheld seismic node instrument information monitoring management system is developed in this thesis.The hardware system uses common electronic components and the handheld software is adapted to most Android devices,thus reducing the equipment cost.After the joint debugging of the acquisition nodes,handheld devices and the server,the monitoring management system developed in this thesis shows excellent characteristics such as stable and efficient,simple operation,friendly interface,professional and reliable,which can better meet the needs of seismic exploration work. |
