In recent years,image sonar has been applied more and more in the field of Marine science.Based on the project of "High-precision multi-eye acoustic camera military Engineering emergency mapping system",this paper carries out the design and implementation of image sonar real-time signal processing,data management software and display and control software of upper computer.The wet end of image sonar is a separate system of transmitter and receiver.The transmitter consists of transmitting array,driving circuit and signal source circuit,and the receiver consists of receiving array,analog signal conditioning circuit,signal processing module and data management module.The dry end of image sonar includes sonar interface unit and display control software.This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of real-time signal processing,data management,and display control software.The specific work content is as follows:First of all,according to the requirements of the project to determine the design index,and gives the overall implementation of three software.Second,the real-time signal processing algorithm is realized based on FPGA processor,and the synchronization acquisition of 192-channel echo signal,orthogonal transformation,real-time calculation of focused beamforming algorithm,and the generation of beam data for imaging are completed.Based on SOC data management software,to synchronize dual command data interaction,interrupt control and command control system work,time-variant gain curve control,electronic storehouse temperature data collection,sampling and beam upload,build on a chip system and on the ARM embedded Linux operating system transplantation,the systematic parameter,sonar data communication.Third,based on Qt developed a set of image sonar display control software running on the host computer.It has real-time reception and display of sonar data,image scaling,pseudo-color mapping,data preservation and playback,parameter control and other functions,but also added sonar equipment transmission test,pixel position dynamic display,multi-channel echo display,through the difference algorithm to improve the image quality,multi-thread to improve the display speed.The Ping rate of sonar image can reach 18 Hz and the playback rate can reach 40 Hz.At the end of the paper,the image sonar system for laboratory joint modulation and pool and field experiments,work content verified that the development of each module to meet the design requirements.The stability of the system is verified by making the image sonar work in the pool and the outer field for a long time and collecting images of the underwater environment in real time. |
