The human body is a changing electromagnetic field,and its electromagnetic characteristics can often reflect some physiological states.The deficiency and excess of cold and heat on the body surface can reflect some physiological or pathological states,and the identification of abnormal nodule tissue on the body surface in the early stage is also particularly important for the prevention of human health.However,there is little connection between the electromagnetic characteristics of the human body and the deficiency and excess of cold and heat on the body surface and abnormal nodule tissue,and there is a lack of targeted experimental research.Based on the above background,this paper mainly carries out relevant simulation analysis and experiments on the cold and heat deficiency and excess and abnormal nodule tissue on the body surface from the aspect of human electromagnetic characteristics,and looks for the relevant physical parameters and explores the corresponding identification methods,which has important theoretical significance and application value for the prevention and diagnosis of people’s health.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The measurement method of human electromagnetic characteristics and the characteristics of sensor are analyzed.The influence of different electrode positions of the composite impedance sensor on its stability is analyzed and tested.Through experimental research and analysis,the position of the electrode is optimized to ensure the stability and consistency of the relative value of the impedance,and provides an experimental basis for the integrated design of the impedance sensor;The structure of microwave S-parameter sensor is optimized,and a shielding layer is added above the sensor coil to overcome the influence of false contact between the outside world and human body.(2)The relationship between cold heat deficiency and excess on human body surface and human impedance and microwave s parameters was studied.The experimental research is carried out by using composite impedance and microwave S-parameter sensors,assisted by high-precision temperature sensor and hardness tester.The experimental research on body surface cold and heat and impedance,virtual reality and impedance and microwave parameters,cold and heat virtual reality syndrome are carried out respectively.The results show that the temperature parameters representing human body cold and heat have strong correlation with resonance point frequency,resonance point S11 and single frequency point S11(525MHz),The correlation with impedance and phase parameters is weak;The hardness parameters characterizing the virtual reality of human body have strong correlation with the frequency of resonance point,resonance point S11 and single frequency point S11(525MHz),but weak correlation with impedance and phase parameters.The electromagnetic characteristics of human body can reflect the state of cold heat deficiency and excess on the body surface,which establishes a physical basis for the objective study of cold heat deficiency and excess.(3)The recognition method of microwave s parameters of abnormal nodule tissue on human body surface is studied.Based on the microwave S-parameter sensor,the experimental method is studied,and the moving measurement method and comparative measurement method are proposed.The simulation and measured analysis of silica gel simulated nodule tissue,the measured analysis of pork simulated nodule tissue and human simulated nodule tissue,and the measured analysis of human actual nodule tissue are carried out respectively.The results show that when abnormal nodule tissue appears in normal tissue,the resonant frequency of microwave S11 decreased;When there is abnormal nodular tissue in normal tissue,the change curve of S21 parameter difference obtained by moving measurement method with position at a certain frequency point has obvious inverted bimodal characteristics,and the S21 parameter difference obtained by comparative measurement method has a maximum at a certain frequency point.Therefore,microwave S-parameter sensor can be applied to the identification of abnormal nodule tissue on human body surface.
