Sound is one of the most important marine environmental parameters,how to efficiently and accurately obtain the sound speed profile of a large-scale sea area by using the inversion method has always been a hot research issue in hydroacoustics.Aiming at the accuracy and efficiency of deep-sea sound speed profile inversion,this paper proposes a deep-sea sound speed profile inversion method based on Hycom remote sensing data.Firstly,the EOF sound speed profile model is constructed by using Hycom data,the selection of Hycom remote sensing data on the two-dimensional inversion path and the process of constructing the EOF model are given.Secondly,based on the EOF sound speed profile model constructed by Hycom data,a deep-sea sound speed profile inversion model is established,and the environmental parameters of the inversion sea area are constructed by selecting the measured sound speed profile data.The Hycom remote sensing data at the same location and time as the actual measurement is selected,the EOF model of the sound speed field to be inverted is constructed from the data,and the simulation process of the inversion method is given.The simulation inversion results show that the EOF model of the sound speed field constructed in this paper based on Hycom remote sensing data and its inversion optimization algorithm can improve the accuracy of deep-sea sound speed profile inversion.Finally,this paper uses the sound field measurement data of the South China Sea tomography experiment,select the Hycom data on the experimental path to construct the EOF model,establishes the cost function with the fastest characteristic sound ray propagation time,and inverts the deep-sea sound speed profile under the experimental sea area.The inversion results are compared with the measured environmental parameter data.The results show that the average root mean square error of the sound speed inversion from the measured sound speed field data is less than 1.8m/s.The research results show that Hycom remote sensing data has important application value in constructing sound speed field models for deep-sea sound speed profile inversion due to its high spatial resolution and good accuracy.
