| The site selection of nuclear power plant construction has gradually developed from the coastal bedrock site to the non-bedrock site.The foundation seismic resistance of nuclear power plant construction on the non-bedrock site is one of the key issues to ensure the earthquake safety of nuclear power plant.In this paper the seismic problem of pile foundation rock sites nuclear power production workshop,has carried out of soil-pile-nuclear power plant production dynamic interaction shaking table model test,through the analysis of the test macro phenomenon and the test data,to study the soil-knot under the condition of constant acceleration motion and inertial interaction,discusses the similarity relation of the shaking table test time,The dynamic response law and failure characteristics of pile foundation under horizontal seismic load are analyzed,and the research results have reference value for soil-junction shaking table test and seismic design of pile foundation under horizontal seismic load.The specific research work and achievements are as follows:1.The research status and achievements of soil-structure dynamic interaction at home and abroad are systematically summarized,and the seismic and shaking table tests of nuclear power structures at home and abroad are reviewed,and the main research contents of this paper are clarified.2.In order to study the kinematic interaction in soil-junction dynamic interaction,comparative vibration tests were carried out between the free field with horizontal surface and the soil model with foundation pits.Based on the analysis of input test results and numerical simulation of shaking table test model with different time compression ratio,the influence of characteristic size of scatterer in soil layer and relative size of wave wavelength in soil medium on wave propagation characteristics is discussed,and the time similarity ratio of soil-junction shaking table test under constant acceleration is given.3.According to the prototype of a nuclear power production plant drawings,design the soil-pile-nuclear power plant production vibration test plan,made a test model,and carried out under the action of horizontal load vibration table dynamic interaction experiment,by comparing the different time than similar earthquake,the earthquake movement of the site test results,analyzes the seismic response characteristics of the upper part of nuclear power plant production model,The variation characteristics of floor spectrum and floor acceleration with floor height are given.4.The macroscopic shaking table test phenomenon of soil-pile-concrete nuclear power plant is studied,and the failure characteristics and failure modes of pile foundation under horizontal seismic load are analyzed.Through the test of pile foundation test data analysis,studies the maximum internal force of pile foundation(strain,bending moment,shearing force along the pile body distribution,combined with the pile foundation of macro damage phenomenon under horizontal seismic load,end bearing pile earthquake dangerous position for the pile tip and pile caps of the connection parts,mainly in bending,mainly annular crack damage form,The damaged parts are mainly concentrated in the range of 4~6 times pile diameter from pile head. |
