With five Landsat remote sensing images of Wushenqi in 1996,2002,2008,2014 and2020 as data sources,supported by ENVI 5.3 and arcgis 10.2,the land use classification of the images was based on supervised classification-support vector machine,and the research methods of land use dynamic attitude,spatial change rate index,spatial autocorrelation of land use degree and shift of center of gravity of land use type were adopted.From the aspects of spatial structure change and land use degree change characteristics,etc.At the same time,using ENVI 5.3 and Frag Stats 4.2 software,the vegetation coverage is retrieved by the pixel dichotomy model,and the change of vegetation coverage in the study area is dynamically monitored and evaluated by trend analysis,landscape pattern index and interpolation analysis.The evolution law of vegetation coverage under different land use types was comprehensively studied,and the spatial differentiation characteristics and driving forces of vegetation coverage in Wuxin Banner were explained by using geographic detector model.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)From 1996 to 2020,grassland occupied the dominant position,and the woodland area increased by 175.14km~2;The degree of land use has obvious spatial agglomeration;Cold spots are mainly located in the northwest,while hot spots are mostly located in the south.From 1996 to 2020,the migration distance of the center of gravity of Wushen Banner was the largest in saline-alkali land,and it moved 7.05km to the southwest.(2)From 1996 to 2020,the average NDVI of Wushen Banner showed an upward trend,with a growth rate of 0.0057;The vegetation coverage grade with the greatest change is the middle and low vegetation coverage,which is gradually transferred to the middle and high vegetation coverage.Landscape pattern indexes all showed an upward trend in different degrees,but the aggregation degree did not change significantly,and its values all approached 1;During the study period,the vegetation condition of Wushen Banner improved significantly,with an improved area of 4288.65km~2.(3)Land use dominates the change of vegetation cover,and the conscious activities of human beings produce vegetation changes of various land use types,and the vegetation cover changes with different land uses;Humidity index,annual average precipitation,GDP and dryness have the highest explanatory power to the vegetation coverage in Wuxin Banner,and the interaction explanatory power is the strongest between wetness index and accumulated temperature(≥10℃),with the interactive Q value of two factors reaching0.399.The vegetation coverage in Wuxin Banner is most easily influenced by three kinds of factors,with climate as the leading factor.
