Study On The Spatiotemporal Differentiation And Functional Regionalization Of Land Use Functions In The Loess Plateau Of Northern Shaanxi Province

Abstract/Summary:
With the development of social,economy and the continuous growth of population,the shortage of land resources is becoming more and more serious.In order to make the limited land resources meet the various needs of human production,life and ecology,and alleviate the contradiction of land use,we must give full play to the multi-function of land use.Therefore,how to coordinate various land use functions and their spatial allocation,to carry out land use functions comprehensive evaluation and functional regionalization research,to fully understand the change of land system and promote the sustainable use of regional land resources,is the key issue to realize regional sustainable development,and the focus issue in the fields of geography and land system science.The Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province,located in the ecologically fragile area of Western China,is affected by the "Grain to Green Program",facing the great challenge of land use structure adjustment and development mode transformation.Therefore,this paper takes the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province as an example.First,an index system is constructed based on the " production-living-ecological spaces " theory,and with the help of the index spatial model,the quantitative analysis of the land use functions in 1 km grid scale of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province spatial differences from 2000 to 2018;secondly,using intersect analysis,standard deviation ellipse and Spearman correlation analysis to show the change pattern,spatial distribution pattern and trade-off & synergy of land use functions on the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province from 2000 to 2018;finally,try k-means,Gaussian mixture model and SOM algorithm for clustering analysis,compare the results of the clustering analysis,and select the optimal clustering result to guide the functional regionalization in the study area.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)An index system that can effectively characterize the land use functions of the study area is constructed.Based on the " production-living-ecological spaces " theory,this paper constructs an index system suitable for the land use functions in the study area,including three primary functions,eight Sub-functions and eight indicators.The land use functions evaluation index system in the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province can reflect the actual situation of land use in the study area.(2)From 2000 to 2018,the spatial difference of land use functions in the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province was obvious.During the study period,the high value of production function in the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province changed from sporadic distribution to a pattern of gradual increase of production function from southwest to northeast;The highvalue area of living function consists of the central urban area of each county,which is gradually improved along the road network.The living function in the middle and north of the study area is higher than that in the south;The overall ecological function shows a relatively stable pattern of high in the south and low in the north.(3)From 2010 to 2018,the results of the dynamic changes of land use functions in the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi province are as follows:(1)Changes in spatial pattern,the production function and living function of the study area showed a steady growth trend during the study period;ecological function show a trend of rapid growth at first and then a slow decline.(2)Spatial distribution pattern,there are significant differences in production,living and ecological functions in the southwest northeast direction during the study period.From the perspective of the functional center of gravity,the center of gravity of production functions and life moves to the northeast,and the center of gravity of ecological functions moves to the northwest.(3)trade-off & synergy,the production function and living function of the study area during the study period were dominated by significant synergy,and the synergy continued to increase.The production function and the ecological function are dominated by a significant trade-off effect,and the trade-off effect first weakens and then increases.The life function and the ecological function were dominated by a significant trade-off effect,and the trade-off effect first weakened and then increased.(4)According to the clustering results of the SOM algorithm,the study area is divided into the core area of urbanization development zone,urban-rural optimization development zone,agricultural production zone and ecological protection zone.The combination characteristics of production,living and ecological functions in each zone are different,and the regional sustainable development should be realized according to local conditions in combination with land use functions characteristics of each zone...
