Abstract/Summary:
The aging process of the population has intensified,making it possible for the elderly to suffer from chronic diseases to greatly increase,and also indirectly causing difficulties in self-care ability of the ill elderly suffering from chronic diseases and being bedridden for a long time.Intelligent urination and defecation care devices have raised the efficiency of nursing care to some degree,and their functions meet the demand of the elderly.However,the existing intelligent urination and defecation care devices mainly deal with the elderly after urination and defecation,and do not involve the development of functions such as before urination and defecation monitoring.Therefore,this paper carries out the research of intelligent urination and defecation monitoring technology based on human physiological information,which greatly protects the privacy of the elderly and improves the intelligence of the urination and defecation care equipment.First,this paper analyzes and summarizes the behavior of urinating and defecating and the formation process of sensation of urination and defecation,selects three physiological parameters,pulse rate,blood oxygen and blood pressure,as the characteristic quantities of human sensation of urination and defecation,and proposes a research method of sensation of urination and defecation based on human physiological information,The experimental bench for urination and defecation monitoring was built,a foundation for the subsequent data analysis was laid.Secondly,analysis and summary of the collected physiological parameter data,the mean values of pulse rate and blood pressure showed an overall increasing trend with the increase of sensation of urination and defecation;the mean values of blood oxygen showed an overall decreasing trend with the increase of sensation of urination and defecation,at the same time,the three physiological parameters changed the most during the 90 seconds before the urination and defecation,therefore,the situation during the 90-second before urination and defecation period was defined as having sensation of urination and defecation and the rest of the period was defined as not having sensation of urination and defecation.Again,the data of human physiological parameters of the subject were obtained through the established urination and defecation monitoring experiment bench,and the data were coded and calibrated according to the sensation of urination and defecation state,two models based on decision tree and neural network pattern recognition were constructed,and the accuracy of both models reached over 90%.Through the comparison experiments,the performance of neural network pattern recognition is better than that of decision tree.Finally,the physiological parameter data from medical clinical experiments were used to validate the constructed sensation of urination and defecation model,and the experimental results further proved the validity of the model.This paper provides new ideas for the research and development of intelligent urination and defecation care equipment based on human physiological information,which is significant for the long-term care and rehabilitation needs of bedridden elderly.
