The finite element method has become the representative algorithm of numerical calculation and has been applied in various practical projects.Meshing is the foundation and key of finite element analysis,and also the key and difficult point of finite element analysis.The fineness of meshing not only affects the accuracy and efficiency of analysis results,but also consumes a lot of time and energy.As the core step of finite element analysis,meshing has become a research hotspot in related fields.Existing methods can satisfy simple geometric model of meshing grid automatically,but for complex engineering model,grid generation process still need to rely on human intervention,intervention staff need knowledge,overall analysis,power grid planning have a reasonable control network,in order to avoid mistake,avoid convergence problems in calculation.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a more efficient grid generation method.In this paper,the finite element mesh generation theory,BIM technology,reinforced concrete structure modeling method,and the grid generation idea of associated BIM digital graphics are combined to study the rapid mesh generation method of single material model and the grid generation method of multi-material and complex model.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)A fast mesh generation method for single material model is proposed.Single material entity is obtained by photographic imaging of the surface of the single-layer STL file,and the singular element in the document,singular node merge,delete and other processing,and then after processing the STL triangular mesh into finite element grid,which calculates the legal line on the STL triangular element direction and tensile length,and the new drawing after node coordinates,The new nodes and the old nodes are rearranged to generate a finite element degenerate hexahedron mesh.(2)Proposed multi-material,complex model mesh generation method.Based on the grid splitting idea of associated BIM digital graphics,a fine model is established by Revit software.Five groups of grid splitting schemes are formulated according to the established fine model.According to the scheme,the fine model is imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench for grid splitting.The results of finite element calculation and the values of mesh quality measurement parameters are compared.(3)The mesh generation method of multi-material and complex model is applied to the grid generation of reinforced concrete aqueduct.Established a detailed model of reinforced concrete structure aqueduct grid subdivision scheme formulated the five groups aqueduct,the aqueduct grid quality measurement parameter values,and has carried on the finite element calculation,The mesh quality parameters and finite element calculation results of the five models are compared and analyzed,proved that the above material,more complex model grid generation method is feasible.
