With the rapid development of national wind power industry,the demand for road transportation of special wind power equipment is increasing.The possible collision in the transportation of wind power equipment and the corresponding road reconstruction often rely on manual prediction and estimation,with low accuracy,long construction period and high economic cost.To solve these problems,this paper studies the data acquisition and data processing methods of wind power equipment transportation field based on UAV measurement technology,and takes the wind farm project in Wengyuan County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province as the experimental object to develop a numerical simulation platform for wind power equipment transportation road.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Topographic mapping of wind farm based on UAV liDAR technology.Firstly,the flight platform,liDAR scanning platform,global navigation and positioning system and positioning and orientation system of UAV liDAR system are introduced;Then the principle of UAV positioning and ranging system is explained;Finally,the surveying and mapping work along the actual wind farm equipment transportation is tested,the model and parameters of UAV liDAR system components selected in this paper are explained,and the collection and post collection calculation,inspection and correction processes such as pre operation preparation stage and UAV flight data acquisition stage are fully displayed,so as to obtain the complete terrain and ground object point cloud data of 23 partitions along the whole line.It provides a data source for the subsequent point cloud data processing work and the construction of the numerical simulation platform of wind power equipment road transportation,and also provides a set of mature surveying and mapping methods for similar wind power equipment road transportation projects.(2)Filtering and classification of three-dimensional data of wind farm.The processing method of three-dimensional data of wind farm collected by UAV liDAR system is studied.The processing method of point cloud data mainly includes two main links: rough classification and fine classification.This paper focuses on the coarse classification method of point cloud data and the fine classification method of non ground point cloud data by using three-dimensional kann-dbscan algorithm;According to the experiment of Wengyuan wind power equipment transportation project,the effectiveness and accuracy of the point cloud data processing method in this paper are verified.(3)Design and verification of wind power equipment road transportation numerical simulation platform.Firstly,various requirements of wind power equipment transportation numerical simulation platform are analyzed in detail;Then the data parameters input into the software platform are introduced;The calculation method of wind power equipment road transportation numerical simulation platform is introduced;Finally,according to the design principle of software platform,with the help of Java FX technology,it is developed and designed as a numerical simulation platform that can be applied to the road transportation of actual wind power equipment.Combined with the software platform experiment of the whole section project transportation,the effectiveness of the software platform is verified by comparing with the feedback of the passable and non passable sections of the actual project transportation results.
