| In recent years,with developing restrictions on traditional forms of electricity generation,new forms of electricity generation represented by offshore wind power generation have sprung up and quickly occupied the market.As a kind of offshore wind power foundation with its low cost,wide adaptability,simple installation process,and sustainable utilization,the suction pile has a good development prospect in the future.Compared with the traditional circular-section suction pile,we mainly focus on a type of new gear-like-section suction pile.According to the former research,the main advantage of the gear-like-section suction pile compared with the traditional circular-section suction pile is that the torsional bearing capacity is significantly increased.If the section size is selected,its uplift bearing capacity will also be increased to a certain extent.Firstly,numerical simulation and result verification are carried out for the indoor model test of skirted suction pile in Liu Xiaoke’s article.It is concluded that the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of skirted suction pile is higher than that of traditional circular-section suction pile,and the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of low-skirted suction pile is also higher than that of ordinary skirted suction pile.In addition,the numerical simulation results are highly consistent with Liu Xiaoke’s test results,which proves that the numerical simulation results in this paper are reliable.Because the soil in the actual project is the layered earth formed under the sedimentation,the physical and mechanical properties of each layer of soil are very different,this paper carries out the numerical simulation of the penetration of suction piles with toothed sections in the actual seabed layered soil,focusing on observing the parameter changes at the interface of soil layers.It is found that the failure area in the earth is concentrated in the semi soil plug area.Because the parameters of each soil layer are inconsistent.The pile and earth will be separated locally.At the end of this paper,by changing the tooth length of the gear-like-section suction pile,taking the pile section perimeter and cross-sectional area as the control variables,respectively,the variation law of the pile sinking resistance in the process of pile penetration and the uplift bearing capacity of the pile during drawing is explored.The optimal section size of the gear-like-section suction pile is obtained.The simulation results show that when the section perimeter of the suction pile with gear-like-section suction pile section is equal,with the increase of the gear length,the bearing capacity of the pile increases first and then decreases.The penetration resistance of the pile decreases first and then increases.When the tooth length of the pile is 0.05 times the diameter of the suction pile with a circular section of the same section perimeter,the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile increases the most,and the penetration resistance is small;When the cross-sectional area of the suction pile with toothed section is equal,the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile increases first and then decreases with the increase of the tooth length.The penetration resistance of the pile continues to increase.When the gear length of the pile is 0.05 times the diameter of the suction pile with circular-section of the same section perimeter,the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile increases the most,but the penetration resistance increases slightly. |
