Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of X Dairy Industry Based On Tem-ecm

At present,China’s economic development situation is in a transitional period,the rapid development of the Internet and the constant increase of competitors lead to increasingly fierce competition in all walks of life.The characteristics of high investment and high income in dairy industry also determine that enterprises in this industry are more prone to financial risks.As a participant in the dairy market,X Dairy needs to face pressure from various aspects in daily operation,and its financial condition cannot be perfect all the time.Timely detection and prevention of financial risks is of great benefit to maintaining the sustainable development of enterprises and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to study the financial risk early warning of X Dairy and help it build a financial risk early warning model.This paper selects X Dairy Co.,Ltd.as the object of financial risk early warning research,and establishes a financial risk early warning model for X dairy by using entropy method and efficiency coefficient method.Firstly,the literature on financial risk early warning research at home and abroad is sorted out,and the financial risk early warning theory,entropy method and efficiency coefficient method are described.Secondly,Using comparative analysis through the enterprise’s four capabilities analysis X dairy financial status,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of establishing a financial risk early warning model for X Dairy.Thirdly,the entropy method is used to select appropriate indicators to build the financial risk early warning model and determine the index weight.The efficiency coefficient method is used to set the standard of early warning value to calculate the financial risk early warning level of X dairy in each year.Finally,the effectiveness of X dairy’s financial risk early warning model is tested and the operation guarantee measures of X dairy’s financial risk early warning model are proposed.
