| In view of the above problems,based on the Lugre Friction Model,this paper proposes the Lugre Average Distributed Rubber Model that can describe the rubber rolling process.The motion state in the rubber rolling process is divided into pure rolling,coexistence of rolling and sliding,and pure sliding.The concept of slip rate is introduced into the model,that is,the proportion of the sliding component in the rolling process,and the friction force and slip are derived.rate expression.The genetic algorithm toolbox is used in Matlab to identify the unknown parameters,and the reasonable identification parameters are determined.The friction coefficient-slip rate curve model is established,and the unknown parameters are checked.By changing the input speed and medium conditions,the law curve of the influence of speed and medium on friction force and slip rate is obtained.The results show that the friction force changing trend and the slip rate corresponding to the peak value are basically the same at different speeds.The higher the friction peak.The influence of different media on the friction force curve is very obvious.In order to ensure the good rolling performance of the rubber,the slip rate should be controlled within a low level of 0.2,and the friction force can be reduced by introducing media.A rubber-metal rolling contact finite element model was established in Abaqus.By defining the relationship between slip rate and friction coefficient,the different motion states in the rubber rolling process were simulated.Combined with the fluid-structure coupling algorithm,a rubber-water film(oil film)was established.-Metal finite element model.By changing the input speed and the material parameters of the medium layer,the obtained friction force-slip rate curve rules under different speeds and media are consistent with the numerical calculation results,which verifies the feasibility of the built friction model.In this paper,a friction model describing rubber-metal rolling is constructed,and the factors affecting its friction characteristics and motion state are analyzed,which has guiding significance for reducing the proportion of sliding components in the rolling process and prolonging the life of rubber under actual working conditions. |
